This place is hands down the best. I'm actually shocked to see the poor reviews. I've ordered my daughter's birthday cake from here every year. I travel from Pewaukee, just to get this cake. First time we ordered a Elmo cake and it was perfect. Next, was a Paw Patrol cake and that was even better. This year, we are thinking Peppa Pig in September. They clearly state their cakes are frozen and you need to thaw them. They have always been great with allowing me to pick up early...read full review
I remember getting cakes for my birthday many years ago from Rich's and they were always great. I decided to order a cake for my mom's birthday and I am very happy with it. Got the color just how I wanted it and didn't make it too sweet just as I had asked. Great customer service as well!

Great cakes! Really sad to see a for sale sign. My parents wedding cake was from here and many family birthday cakes as well... I remember one in particular, it was a tweety bird cake for my 7th birthday... 23 years ago. I was ecstatic. ? Thanks for providing many memories to our family! I can still smell the sweet aroma of your shop! Good luck to you in the future!
