My first time experience at this bar area in the Casio was excellent and full of laughter! The the bartender who served me was Vouge( this their actual name btw). Very attentive, accommodating, and helpful providing information I was seeking . I didn't eat at Rock& Brew yet but I definitely plan to next time im there! My cousin ordered a salad to go and she said it was very delicious!! I hope Vouge will be my bartender again so we can continue our karaoke session 😉

Can’t review the food because we sat for over 20 min without anyone acknowledging us. Had a reservation made through their own website, and they looked beyond confused. For a moment, I thought my partner and I had died and were ghosts since no one seemed to notice we needed service although plenty of people walked by. The restaurant was NOT busy! When we walked out, the staff at the booth did not say one word, nor seemed to notice or care that we left.

Fantastic food and Service. Greeted at entrance, got the Southern BBQ trio and a Miller High Life. Bread Pudding was the best I have had for a long time. Capri was our server and was very professional.

I love the personal care provided by Amanda Jackson and Isaiah! There are other great servers but these two exceed the bar! You feel like you are the only one there.They both know you by name and they provide top tier service! Rock and Brews can get real busy but the two of them can run the entire show! Great Job Amanda Jackson and Isaiah!!!!!

Waited 30 minutes for drinks. When drinks came the first drink had a big in it. Had to find waitress to get a new drink. Appetizer came out 10 minutes after drink. Another 45 minutes go by no one checked on table. After 1 hr and 15 minutes we found waitress and asked to pay for drinks and appetizer. Manager came over didn’t apologize just asked if we were sure we wanted to cancel order because it was ready. Still no apology. AWFUL

We went there with reservations, got seated and it took FOREVER to get a drink.. the waitress seemed less than interested in us .it took a very long time to get our food and even longer when we needed more drinks. She never came to ask if we needed anything we had to ask for more drinks (we had 2 a piece) from another waiter!! It was not busy in the restaurant, Lots of empty table's. There was no reason for such laziness.. even the people behind us, were talking to us about the lack of service. I will not go back .

for everyone who has had an absolutely horrible experiences, here like I have , this place is closing the beginning of September. Hopefully, they fire everyone ,start fresh and have learned a lesson.
I could do circles around the service team. 4 tables, took 30 minutes before someone to say hello. Another 20 for food. It was 6 shrimp and 2 glasses of water. This was our 5th time to give it a try. No leadership. Now waiting another 15 minutes for a bill. Gene, let me rock this place and take leadership control!!!

Horrible service. Server never came even after asking and the manager overhearing it. If it’s taking over 20 minutes to even get a drink order that’s a little ridiculous. Food is mid but not worth the slow service.

Terrible service! Told a 20 min wait (for a table of 3),40 mins later still not sat and while still waiting waitstaff tries to sit a couple who just walked in to a table causing many people who were also waiting for an extended period to get in an uproar, 15+ mins to get greeted at table, another 15 mins for drinks, 35+ mins plus for food. This was all on a slow night where hardly any tables filled. This restaurant won’t stay open long with this type of service. Definitely has gone downhill in the two years it’s been open which is too bad because it is an amazing concept.
Decent food once you get it though!
