What's a reasonable amount of time to wait for service?? A couple minutes? Five? I waited EIGHT and wasn't even acknowledged or offered a cup of water!!! (Yeah,I timed it, and left off at least three) Save your money, because I assume your time is valuable!!

We came in on a busy Saturday night with a party of 9. We expected a wait but the staff was able to accommodate us right away. Our server, Mari, was fantastic. The drinks coming from the bar came out slowwww and the food was average but overall decent.

Got the Bavarian Pretzel and the Beer cheese was already cold when we got it. Took them an hour before they realized we haven't been served. The manager even told us that they had people call out because of 420 Day. Why would you tell your customers that? Very unprofessional. Got the Mini donuts and they weren't even baked all the way and they dough was raw. Couldn't even eat it. The only good thing was the band was playing. The Nix. Awesome band, but they played at a terrible venue for music. The stage faces the inside of the bar. The people there for the band are either facing them to their left in the casino at the slot machines or to their right in the restaurant part. Never eating here again. Then the manager put stuff from other tables on our bill as well.

Great atmosphere, but each time we have been here it is so SLOW! After sitting here with out anyone acknowledging us for 10 minutes, going to the bar to try and get a drink. Where we wait AGAIN. And it’s not that busy here!

She did her best to smoothe over the problems and get us taken care of but the manager of this place refused to take ANY responsibility; and subsequently made our waitress shoulder the blame on her own which was awful. There was 9 of us, each meal was incorrect in addition to the drinks taking 20-30 minutes to get out to our table. Noooooooo

Came around 10pm with a group of 9, waited over 20 minutes for drinks, had all sorts of problems with drinks, half of the meals were incorrect, definitely seemed like their was a struggle with the bar and kitchen staff when it really wasn't busy. Waitress was nice and tried to smooth out the problems when she could. Atmosphere is cool.
We went to this restaurant for the first time tonight. It was definitely not busy but we waited 20 minutes to get a table. The issue we had was service. We ordered drinks and it was never brought to the table. The food was over cooked and our appetizers came out after we ate our main meal. Our appetizer was so over cooked it couldn’t be eaten. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice but they need to train their staff or this restaurant won’t be around long. So disappointed!!

We were looking for somewhere to eat at the casino so we decided to check this place out. The cheese curds were obviously frozen from a bag that they threw in the fryer, the pizza I had was a step above frozen, and my cocktail was watered down.

This was our first time eating at this restaurant and although the service was slow (restaurant was not busy), we did enjoy all the music videos playing on the big screen, and our booth was comfortable. We ordered the Brew City Butter Burger, and the Alice Cooper's Poison Burger. Both were tasty and filling, however, note the Alice Cooper is not for the faint of heart even if you enjoy hot (spicey) foods! (Out of curiosity we looked up the ingredients on their website and included as a picture) Our drinks were Sprecher's Root Beer and the Lake Front IPA, which was a nice draft brew and would order again. Overall would eat here again and recommend you give it a try!

Good food - if it ever gets to your table. Overall, service was horrible. Took 15 minutes to get a server to our table. Took 15 more minutes (at least) to get our drinks. Then, more than 45 more minutes for our food. Lots of people working, but not sure what they are doing.
