Heartbroken…My husband and I have ordered pizza from the Howell avenue location just about every Saturday night for the last few years! About 2 months ago we tried ordering on the app as usual and the app wasn’t working! So I called the store and I’m not sure who I spoke with but the girl told me that she knows nothing about the app and I can call the corporate office about it! (She was not very helpful or friendly) So, I placed my order with her and my husband went to pick it up and he had to wait almost 45 minutes longer than the stated time and he noticed that nobody in the store seemed to know what they were doing! It appeared to be all different staff than we had seen the week before? He got the pizza home, it wasn’t exactly what we had ordered and it was barely edible and very well done!!! I’m not the only one who is disappointed in this place! I have 3 daughters with families who also ordered pizza from this location at around the same time and will not be ordering from there again as they were very upset with the downturn in quality and rudeness of staff over a 2 week period!!!

You know what you’re getting here. They accidentally forgot an order of breadsticks but immediately resolved the issue. Good staff. The drive thru is quick and easy. Daily specials.

I will start by saying it is so refreshing to walk into an establishment and not be looked at as an inconvenience by the staff. There isn't much to say except the inside is what you would expect and gives a 90s feeling. The young lady who took my order was great and told me how to retrieve a free piece of pizza on my next visit. I noticed the other employees doing their job and they didn't seem miserable so that's always good. I don't like the different cheese flavors but that is personal so I can't take a star away for that. If you want sausage, you will get sausage, they are very generous with their meat if you will. No complaints. It is wise to download their app to get the best bang for your buck.
