So happy that Ruby's opened up in our neighborhood, as we're there most weekends for a bagel sandwich. It's absolutely my favorite bagel in Milwaukee (maybe in the Midwest?!). Love to see the Bagel Babes finding their stride over here on this side of town. We're also so glad they've opened up online orders again during the week which makes it a breeze to pickup our order! I am from New Jersey, and we are really annoying about bagels outside of NJ, and this was the best bagel I’ve ever had outside of Jersey. Absolutely amazing shmeer on my toasted bagel.

The cream cheese was very good quality along with the salmon in the lox bagel. I don’t know if it was because we went later in the day, but the bagels were very, very chewy and hard to bite into. Also pretty pricey for what you pay for.
