I've been to all the delicious Chinese restaurants in Korea, but it's surprising how a Chinese restaurant like this can be found in rural America. It tastes better than the Shilla Hotel Palsun Jjajangmyeon Sweet and Sour Pork. Samseonjjajang captures the savory flavor of chunjang surprisingly well, and although the sweet and sour pork is thick, the crispiness of the batter remains until the end of the meal.
