I've always had amazing experiences here — usually a solid 10/10 — but our visit last night was disappointing. Our server seemed cold and uninterested from the start, which made the whole meal feel uncomfortable. Appetizers came out cold and the wontons were soggy. My six-year-old's rice came without a spoon or fork and it took about 20 minutes before our server came back so we could ask for one. We did have a bit of a wait to be seated because they let us have a patio table, but I got the impression we would have been seated right away had we chosen to sit inside. They were apparently understaffed that day, and our waitress kept apologizing but it was still significantly better service than we've received at other places and the wait times were extremely reasonable. Prices were excellent, we went intending to spend around $200 and it ended up less than half of that.

Nice location without outside dining option. Good menu options. Food is average quality with good portion size. Service was very slow and inattentive. Took over an hour for mains to come out. No check in after apps so drinks were slow and off on timing with food.
