We chose Simma's for our wedding cake and they did not disappoint! We did a two tiered cake for cutting and then cheesecake bites for the remainder of our desserts. The wedding cake was beautiful and delicious! We had a consultation before our wedding and they were able to create the vision we were going for!
Simma’s is well known for a reason. From the initial meeting in-person to talk through our vision for a wedding cake, to the actual sampling and going over options, Peggy and the Simma’s team made us feel like we were in good hands. We decided to go with a two-tier cheesecake with a chocolate base, raspberry filling, and chocolate ganache for our wedding cake and it was probably the best cheesecake we have ever had. The cake was perfectly light and the right level of sweetness....
