Simma's created our dream 5-tier wedding cake! We had a wonderful time doing the tasting with Peggy and picked the genoise cake with fresh strawberries and white chocolate ganache. One of our guests who is with the Food Network commented specifically on how amazing our cake was. On top of the taste, it was BEAUTIFUL! We had alternating gold foil and white swiss dot tiers, and our florist was able to add fresh flowers to the top and bottom. We'll add a photo to this review...

My daughter’s birthday was yesterday (7/8), and I completely forgot to order her cake in advance. I went to the bakery last minute, and as soon as I walked in, I was immediately helped. The sales associate was very friendly and informative, which made the experience stress-free. Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loved her cake! It was incredibly moist and delicious. I’ll definitely be returning soon- thank you for saving the day!
