It was late, other vendors were closing on Sunday night (July 14th). The two young men on duty improvised and fed our party of three quickly and efficiently. Both were excellent in their jobs.
The GOODNESS! I ordered a 3 meat combo of brisket, smoked chicken, and rib tips. It was hard choosing the meat. There's pork shoulder which I wanted also. If they sold meat a la carte I would have bought at least a half pound of that too. My sides were BBQ rice, baked beans, and corn bread. Everything is flavorful, meats are juicy, bread is soft and yummy. Beans are homemade tasty and better than I've had in anyone's home lol. I had to get the sauce to take home....
