One of the best places in Milwaukee. I’ve lived here 38 years and the soup house has really changed the bland menu of what else is out there. Really, really good soups!! My favorite is the all of it! I know the owner works hard stirring them soups by hand every morning.
The soup was delicious and you can select a size that fits your appetite. Large eating space with mismatched chairs and tables add to the funky vibe. They were sold out of 3/5 soups and all bread and cornbread by 1245pm. Next time I’ll go earlier. I loved it!
I have enjoyed visiting this place for many years now. The soups are over-the-top good. Fresh ingredients you can taste, variety of daily flavors, and also has dine-in area. I've not eaten at the restaurant, but the dining room is open, bright, fun, and looks and feels kid friendly. They post weekly online menus for the week, and changes up recipes daily. It's truly a Milwaukee Favorite & place to visit. Always leave satisfied and looking forward to the next time...
