Open until 6 pm. The first chilly day after a heatwave hour and they were out of at least 2 soups by 12:30. Food was tasty, but running out of soup when you're not even half thru your day is disappointing.

I've been there twice now, I like the vegan vegetable soup. It feels very familiar inside. I believe everything is made in house which makes the food that more delicious. The staff is polite, and the atmosphere is inviting.Vegetarian options: There's a vegan veggie soup, soups can change, I'd ask.

Tried The Soup Market after visiting a local business and the African Peanut with Chicken soup was absolutely delicious! Can’t wait to go back and try another soup!

My Florida body was delighted to find this restaurant right near where I was visiting during the coldest day I have ever experienced! Everything was fresh, and most importantly, the chicken noodle soup was very hot. I love that they add the noodles only when they pour a bowl so the noodles are always fresh and not mushy. The turkey Swiss was a nice size and just as delicious. I am sure I will visit again before I return to Florida.

$17 for a quart of chicken soup. That’s nuts. Won’t return.

It's soup season! I love this place. There's always 8-10 different types of soup. You can dine in, but I'll always take out because work. All the soups are made right there in the back. You can see the kitchen and the busy chefs running around. They cater to nearly everyone. Chilis, chicken noodles, beefy stick to your ribs, cream based, broth based, a little bit of everything. My personal favorites are the African Peanut and chicken, or a beer cheese variation.Customer service is good, and the rice crispy treat desserts are fresh that day. Get there before noon or your missing the popular dishes!Vegetarian options: There's always, at least two soup options that are vegetarian, if not vegan friendly.

Been overlooking the missed items over the last year or so, something is always missing from order. This time we were granted a bonus, there were flies crawling around in the rice krispy bar. There was also something strange in my bread. The bread, things happen, it's not wrapped. The rice krispy bar, may have traumatized my kids, seeing insects crawl around under clear wrap, in your food, definitely not a win-win. Think we finally had our last visit.

I’ve been going here for years to grab lunch, never have I had an issue like I did recently. I went in, ordered my food and everything was fine- until the man who was helping me was NOT wearing gloves while handling my food. I won’t be back until management has their workers using gloves while handling someone else’s food. Nasty.

Underrated, great place to get a quick bite to eat and avoid traditional "fast food." Food is high quality and super quick. Prices are reasonable. Plan on $8-12 for soup, half sandwich, and a drink. 10/10 lunch spot!

3.5 stars- there are a few soups at the Soup Market which are big stars- the sirloin steak red chili, or the pork chili verde, the chicken dumpling is a good standby and African peanut stew a fave as well. This Soup Market has some indoor seating or is an easy carryout destination in Bay View.

3 stars means "A-OK!" on Yelp and I'd say that's spot on for this soup spot. I popped in for a quick lunch in between meetings and chose half of a ham and cheese sandwich on a pretzel bun (these were made earlier the same day, not made fresh to order) and a cup of Italian chili. Both the sandwich and the chili were good. I was satisfied. It's a no-frills kind of place but you'll leave full and ready for the rest of your day. I'd have no problem coming back here but I wouldn't necessarily seek it out.

Bland soup and wraps. Wraps and sandwiches aren't made fresh.
