Consistantly closed when Google hours states they are open. How hard is it to take a minute to update your hours if for some reason you close early? Instead you lazy turds do nothing and people waste thier time driving there only to find out you are closed.

I have tried to give this place more chances than it deserves. Today I ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato, absolutely no vanilla, no caramel drizzle and a watered down strawberry refresher. I will no longer give this place my time nor my buisness. To expensive for disappointment. The service is usually extremely friendly but the beverages I've gotten from this location are beyond sad. What happened to upholding your high quality standards!!??

They never shake the shaken espressos properly. I'm a partner, so I would know to order a blonde latte with brown sugar and cinnamon if I wanted one... There's never enough foam, and they give the flat lids instead of the foam lids too. A shame bc the customer connect is always excellent here, just not as much focus on craft.

I am grateful because I ordered online and they took the time out to make my order before it was ready or even order to be made considering I had to hurry and get to go to work. They are almost always friendly (everyone has bad days- but theirs aren't super bad) and they will make sure you get out in time enough for work. But the drink I had was amazing and they rushed to make sure I was taken care of

I asked for my Matcha latte to be done with no ice. I don’t like ice for sanitary reasons , If I don’t know where your ice comes from, I don’t want it. When I got to the register to pay, A lady with severe cystic acne Handed me my drink with ice, and I just said “aw They put ice in there” … And with the sassiest attitude possible, she snapped back at me and said that the drink needs ice getting it without ice isn’t an option, and that it ruins the drink to not have ice. Are you kidding me? Do you think I don’t get the same drink without ice almost every week? Come on. Please hire better Barista…. I’ll be taking my business to another Starbucks

This place is always dirty when I come in, and they seem to never mop or wipe down the tables, but today was disgusting. They spilled a syrup or something all over the floor in the front, and judging by the amount of footprints it has been this way for at least a couple days.
My feet were literally stuck to the floor like I super glued them. This syrupy substance was smeared thick all over the entire restaurant with hundreds of footprints in it. This was in the morning of today.
They were not busy, I don't understand how they let customers walk through this and can't take 5 minutes out of their time to mop adequately.
