☕️ Stopped by to grab a coffee since this location is closest to me. They seemed to be well staffed and focusing on the drive-thru orders in the morning since there is limited parking in the area so many people go drive thru during morning rush before work. It looks like a lot of people do a mobile order for pick up too. I got my drink and food fairly fast, not a super long wait for a simple order. And I luckily was able to grab one of the 2 parking spots in front.
Only minor thing is that they ran out of pumpkin spice latte on Nov 4th, but it worked out since the barista recommended an alternative drink. It is a relatively small location compared to the other Bay View location on Holt Ave, but big enough to catch up with a friend over coffee. I'm not really sure about the negative reviews but I'm not super picky beyond the popular drinks and probably stopped by on a good day. I'm sure this place will be fine if you need to stop by for a quick coffee to go.

I went there this evening ordered an ice matcha with strawberry cold foam with light ice. I got down the street took 2 sips of matcha and the rest was cold foam. Ask for light ice which I paid for and half was ice. I paid good money for something Starbucks failed to deliver every time.

Consistantly closed when Google hours states they are open. How hard is it to take a minute to update your hours if for some reason you close early? Instead you lazy turds do nothing and people waste thier time driving there only to find out you are closed.

I have tried to give this place more chances than it deserves. Today I ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato, absolutely no vanilla, no caramel drizzle and a watered down strawberry refresher. I will no longer give this place my time nor my buisness. To expensive for disappointment. The service is usually extremely friendly but the beverages I've gotten from this location are beyond sad. What happened to upholding your high quality standards!!??

They never shake the shaken espressos properly. I'm a partner, so I would know to order a blonde latte with brown sugar and cinnamon if I wanted one... There's never enough foam, and they give the flat lids instead of the foam lids too. A shame bc the customer connect is always excellent here, just not as much focus on craft.
