I ordered a pecan cold brew. The lady at the drive through was amazing. I wish I'd gotten her name to give her the credit she deserves! She was very accommodating and had such a great cheerful attitude. And my drink is delicious
Ally was amazing at customer service. I called from out of town for a delivery for someone staying in town and she stayed with me on the phone while I chose the right product. She also prepared the order herself and it was delivered within minutes. This is what I call team work at its best. And thanks for the thoughtful message on the cup! Still my favorite place to go to I don't usually buy food here because it's all prepackaged stuff not something I like. But the staff is always really nice and the drinks taste the same no matter which Starbucks I go to They have definitely improved and training in the last year and making sure the staff understands that the drinks should be consistent no matter which location a customer goes to. I'm just know I can always get my signature drink and not have any...
