We were just about the only ones there and it took 20+ minutes.

First time ordering from here. Barista didn’t bother to make my drink the right way. Cashier was friendly though.

Inside the mall. It’s always busy. The staff was cheerful and trying really hard to make drinks as fast as they possibly. If they have the space, they could probably have benefited from having some extra help behind the counter.

Double Chocolate Brownie: I'm the atypical American that can rarely be spotted in a Starbucks. Nothing against them, I just tend to think it's a little over-priced and I prefer to brew my own cup of joe. Starbucks gift cards tend to be popular rewards at my place of work though, so I'm guilty of collecting them. Rather than waste them on a $5 cup of coffee, I gravitate to their bakery items (which hasn't been too great so far). Their Double Chocolate Brownie is described as rich and containing an abundant amount of semi-sweet chocolate chunks. Texturally I found the brownie to be more fudgy than cakey, which is a win in my book. The chocolate chunks are abundant, but they're a little too dark/bitter for my preference. For curiosity's sake, I ate this alongside one of my own homemade brownies (which I did not top with frosting or powdered sugar to be fair) and although I might be a little biased, my plain brownie still killed the one from Starbucks (though the Starbucks brownie looked prettier). Although this is one of the better items I've tried from their bakery, that's not saying much. If I can make a batch of eight brownies myself for the same cost as one of these and mine taste better, then why get one from Starbucks? *Thanks to one of my co-workers for the gift card Ranking Starbuck's Bakery Items: 1. Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin 2. Pumpkin Scone 3. Double Chocolate Brownie 4. Cinnamon Coffee CakeAs far as "fast food" brownies go, I currently think Chik-fil-A's is the best Doughboy_Food_Reviews

Coming here usually for frappe and seasonal drinks. I like this place coz one of the managers gave me free frappe when I’ve mistakenly placed the order with the other Starbucks location down the road. I appreciate the small kindness!

28 December 2022 2pm Only 2 on shift. If they moved any slower for the 20 people waiting, theyd have to be dead. No sense of purpose or urgency whatsoever.

I ordered a drink and when it was ready I asked for a cup of water as well. They told me no. They said if I wanted a water I would have to go back in line (line wasn’t short), just to order a water. No Starbucks has ever done that to me, that’s absolutely insane. I was a PAYING customer and they refused WATER. Starbucks needs to be better to their loyal customers.

Usually have great service, but not this Friday. The barista at the register was tacky and rude.
