Subway in Milwaukee

“Great place for a quick fresh made right in front of you meal unlike some fast food restaurants where are the employees are behind some kind of partition or wall I don't know about you all but it always makes me wonder why they got to have hidden they the prep cooks could easily drop a chicken chicken nugget or two on the floor and I would have no way of knowing on the other hand at Subway if they drop something I'm right there to see it“

“I like coming here often , the food its good , customer service its great. I always recommend my friends to come here because the sandwiches are good plus they have everything nice and clean plus all of the veggies and meat fresh. thanks subway employees“

“The food and service is amazing even with only 2 people most of the time with great pizza, footlongs, and sandwiches. The atmosphere is very dull and bad with no music or noise since most people don’t eat inside. They also accept every app that I can think of that delivers.

Vegetarian options: Subway is very vegetarian friendly but I’m not vegetarian but I worry about cross contamination since employees don’t change gloves and keep meat and vegetables next to each other.

Dietary restrictions: You don’t have to worry about dietary restrictions since you make your own sandwich but if you have a deadly allergy I don’t recommend since cross contamination.

Parking: Very easy to find a parking lot but might have to walk a bit.

Kid-friendliness: As long as you keep your kid under control it should be fine and is very kid friendly as the workers are very understanding.“

“Wanted to make this review for the location in South ridge Mall, but I see it's been permanently closed down. In 2016 me and my bf (now husband) were homeless teenagers, both of us just 16 years old. And we went to sit in the tables near the subway, and the manager/women there offered us two meals. We had no money, she took care of us and was kind. We ate for the first time in days. Once we became adults and got our footing, we made sure to pay it forward to people we see who need help. We still do to this day. We've been to Subway many times since then, obviously as paying customers, and never had anything but a positive experience (including the subway I'm reviewing) Subway is awesome. And that woman was awesome. The food is great and the people are amazing people. Keep doing your thing subway!“

“I've been here probably 7 or 8 times in the last month. It's on my way to the Milwaukee office and the breakfast sandwiches are solid and reliable. It's always the same lady and guy working. The guy is quiet and helpful. The lady (initially) seems a bit gruff, but you can break her down and she is very nice. Plus, she knows her stuff. :)“

“I love subway to me they food always on point I don’t ever want to leave any bad reviews even if I don’t like the food in any place I’ll usually just let it go and don’t visit the place ever again now my bad review is due to the foot long pretzel and the foot long churro:The pretzel was dried and when I asked the lady if she had cheese sauce or the mustard she said she didn’t had any so me thinking hey it’s a pretzel they soft anyways wrong it was dry completely dry so personally I don’t recommend it.The churro: well it was flat out nasty it was soft but the taste was horrible it was super plain no sugar and left an after taste that’s was repulsive 1000% NOT recommend. Again subway food is one of my favorites I’m only reviewing the pretzel and the churro.“

Annie was really professional and showed no attitude like other people who act like they dont like their job. She was very polite and made my order in a timely fashion. “Great Customer Service, freshest veggies, meats, cheeses & soups. I've been getting Subway for decades now all from a wide range of locations, since Subway is a very large and well known restaurant and I will admit there are a few locations that barely reach 3 stars within the "Subway" franchises. Luckily, at 98% of my home States have all been 4 stars or more. I usually call ahead, place my order for specific pick up time. I've been going nearly every day for several years to a handful of locations and they top 3 are my 1st places to call. If you have any problems with the stores and the actual Manager isn't there, please complete your due diligence to ensure fairness to the store & the employees. This is to ensure you're not cheating yourself while keeping a shotty store afloat.“

“The commercials said they updated the menu. WOW! If I knew they're was a great sub spot right down the street from where I usually buy subs, I would of been switched! I ordered a sub bowl and it was beyond great. I was amazed by the quality and freshness was beyond my expectations. I can't wait to return.“

“I stopped a few days ago, the store is open for walk in business during Covid. I ordered two of the wraps. I’m diabetic and bread is bad. They were following all social distancing safe practices. The wraps were fresh, not dry or cracking. All of the vegetables I selected were fresh. The service prompt, polite, and friendly!“

Employees washed their hands then wear clear plastic gloves and make my orders. It is great customer service I have ever get…Been there pretty once depends in mood befoe I went to working.“

“Chirag Patel provided me with excellent customer service. As I haven't eaten Subway in a few years he was very patient kind and explained the different new sauces that were available He made my Sandwich my liking an Old Fashion BLT it was great‼️ even better than I remembered as Chirag allowed me to sample the new honey and Chipotle sauces which I indeed added to my sandwich making it that much better... Additionally, my broccoli and cheese soup was excellent as well. It was nice and Chunky not too watery, not too thick.. Not to mention the fresh veggies added to my Sandwich.. Overall my experience was a 5 star 🌟 thanks to Chirag Patel's patience

“Skyler was so courteous and gave us great service. It was so nice to see a smiling face rather than a bored teenager behind the counter. She even acknowledged my 8 year old daughter, who has debilitating shyness, was psyched to have been treated like an adult. Skyler waved and said "goodbye" and "come back soon," as we left. And we certainly will be back soon. I dont care if there is a closer sub shop. Im driving to this one. Its funny how something so small like picking up a sandwich can turn your day around. Customer service and friendliness aside, the display of character and genuine concern over work ethic is rare among the youth. What an upstanding young lady!! Good pick, Subway.“

“This Subway location is the best in the city. My daughter Rae and I go there all the time and they know what her "usual" Turkey sub is. They are very welcoming. Super friendly. Very clean location. Never had any issues with anyone who works there. They are amazing! Thank you guys for being so great!“
