“Placed an order for pickup off the Subway app for a tuna salad- salad today. My order was ready promptly. When I walked into the door the store looked very clean and I was greeted by both the gentleman working! My order was on the pickup shelf waiting for me. They let me know the dressing had changed so they had placed it in cups on the side for me to try- I was very impressed by the thought that went into that small step. Very much appreciated on my end. Grabbed my salad and my lemonade from the cooler where it was staying cold. The receipt taped to my order had a hand written message of “have a good day” that one of the gentleman took the time to write. Another small thing that was noticed and did not go unappreciated. I will be sure to enjoy my lunch and the experience I received from this subway! The employees there seems to have an awesome understanding of customer service and previously working in food service I can appreciate the little things they did for me and my order. Had to take the time to write this review for them.“
“This Subway has new(er) owners which are very polite, friendly and awesome at making your sub. They also remember the subs regular customers get, which is great since my son often has me go in to pick up a cold cut combo sub to bring home & I don't remember all of the "rabbit food" he gets on his. It is very clean and all in all this is the best Subway around. ❤“
“I order from this same Subway almost weekly. Staff is friendly and they usually have my online order ready by the time I get there, even though I live right around the corner. No complaints about the amount of anything in the sandwiches. It’s much better than any other Subway in the area.“
“There's one nice gal in there I believe her name is amber. The other staff seem not to care much about anything at all but every time I come there she is always juggling everything. There could be a line of 10 people and she has them all gone in the matter of seconds very impressive. Keep up the good work you need more like her.“
“Not a great photo. The guy working tonight was friendly on the phone to start. When we went in to pick up the order he was obviously helping others, but welcomed me. (Son was outside with the dog). He coordinated a line with a pick-up order into making subs very well. It appeared he was working alone, uit was a master at coordination. Well done, sir.“
“I visited the store 12/26 around noon. I am very hard of hearing so I wrote up two post-it notes with our order details and handed them to the associate explaining that I can't hear very well. As normal - I waited for the staff to become increasing annoyed with me (this is very normal given the circumstance and I'm accustomed to it), however, much to my delight - The associate was extraordinarily kind and patient with me. She asked follow up questions in a loud and uncondecending tone. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you for making me feel like a person! It completely made my day.“
