Ordered via the app and the order was completely wrong. Pretty much impossible to get a refund especially now that Subway sandwiches are $16 if you’re gonna own a business and charge ridiculous prices for subpar food and service. You should probably do better 🤙🏻

I ordered a Doritos nachos and they substituted sunchips because they ran out of Doritos and they tried to say it was the same. They couldn't do a refund and they substituted a cookie for it and I had to buy a sandwich on top of that. I contacted customer service and they responded saying the case was resolved. That was the only response. I hadn't been to subway in over 5 years and it'll probably be another 5 or more if ever go back

Worst Subway I've ever dealt with. I had a gift card and ordered online but never got the order delivered. I called several times and after calling about my order they said Door Dash picked it up but the tracking never moved on my phone. The order was $80. I called about 6 times in 5 hours still waiting. So they stopped answering the phone. They charged my card and the manager told me to stop calling them. REALLY? Never got my money back yet. DO NOT use this location!!!! No other manager would ever talk to a customer like this.!! He said I called him 50 times . No it was 6 times. What a joke. Then he told me to reorder. I told him I'm not paying twice.

There was hair I had to pull out from in between the meat and tomatoes. Completely wasted my time and money for them to not properly handle food and to wear protection so hair doesn’t mix in with the food.

Last month they found cockroaches in this subway and city closed it.Staff is not friendly specially their manager Nilesh Patel.I will not recommend it if you are looking for healthy food.

Learn some CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went in there with my dad before some weekly grocery shopping I timed 5 minutes we were waiting to be helped everyone "working" seemed to care less to do there job. A female came by BUT COMPLETELY IGNORED US NO HI WE'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU NOTHING. Y'all were not busy AT ALL they were more then 6 employees I counted and not one of them could TAKE OUR ORDER . I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WOULD NEVER EVER TREAT A CUSTOMER HOW Y'ALL TREATED US.. DONT WASTED YOU'RE TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS . I guess this is what I get for going to a gas station Subway, but there were ants in my chips. Like, completely ate down to the bottom of the bag before realizing there were about 20-30 tiny black ants mixed in with the chip crumbs. I called them to let them know so they can throw away the other bags, and they acted completely unsurprised.
A small small area in a gas station, but food as good as we like it! Guy behind the counter was very friendly.

Very Clean. Doesn't take Subway coupons. When we walked in counter person turned looked at us(person was mopping) Never acknowledged us kept mopping, while making my sub kept watching a TV show or movie on a tablet. Didn't engage found that rude. I was upset to find out they didn't accept subway coupons. the way it was explained to me is that they would be loosing money if they honored a coupon again rude. that being said It was one of the best subway subs I've ever had. For this reason I am giving 3 stars.

Indian lady always on the phone. Cares way too much talking through her phone and takes way too much time on cash handling with other customers. Even the other customer weren’t even happy either. Didn’t even get a chance to get my food. It’s a good place when the other guy who works there is there, but not her.

Terrible service. I walked into this establishment at 8:40PM and the person working wouldn’t serve me, he said that the closed at 8:45PM and the sign says that they close at 9:30PM. I wouldn’t recommend this place, terrible service.
