I'll be honest, I haven't always had the best food or service at this Taco Bell but today, it was great! When I went to the drive through speaker, I was greeted very nicely and asked how I was doing today. I answered good, how are you? The woman said, "I'm good. I no longer go here. Too many times I've stopped by and the staff claim they're not taking orders. I see them just lounging around on their phones. When they are working, the food and service is good.
I think Taco Bell's food is pretty consistent unless you have a lazy restaurant. This one is not. It's also not dine-in cozy and is often under-staffed. But, all that said, love the Bell... and CinnaMinis!
