We were just at the drive thru, to pick up a snack before going home, food has gone quality has really gone down, the person who took our order was rude to my mother, didn't give the correct change, and no napkins, and he said he gave her a receipt, guess what, NO RECEIPT?

This is a place where they have recently kept exceeding my expectations in terms of good quality and positive in-person service at this location, which reflects consistency in terms of the training, selection of their staff, and the culture that is promoted there. People like Brandon and Entity are not only friendly and welcoming, but also professional and efficient, and they make sure you are satisfied as a customer before you leave. For those who seem to have had prior issues with your orders, I would highly recommend placing your orders online in advance. I've done this, and they prepare my food exactly as I request it. Amazing people and surprisingly outstanding customer service! Thank you, and Keep it up, folks!

Good service & Food. Friendly. Service. Except last Visit my Daughter and l ordered we got to the window and the person said l didn't order Burrito my Daughter said to her he did. She again said l didn't. She didn't repeat the order, so we asked her to. And the cost.When we departed she gave No Receipt. Now I'll have to check my bank account for how much she charged it may have been a new employee but she seemed rude. Now how much does a 12 pack of Tacos+ 3 extra, and a Bean Burrito, plus 1 regular Chalopa Cost?? .

Definitely the best Taco Bell location in the area. The food and service has vastly improved in the last 6 months. Workers are always SO nice and the food is actually good. Huge burritos which is uncommon for many taco bells. Fast drive thru. Great job guys!
Everytime I come here they always are messing up my order and their portion size in a burrito for chicken like 2-3 small pieces in a big burrito. Man you guys are lucky I don't sue over portion size like what that one person did not too long ago.
