Went to try for the first time. They didn’t ask what side I wanted. So then I got the potato side instead of the chips. The potatoes were extremely salty. Then they gave me chicken tacos instead of steak. And no napkins.

Food used to be superior to taco bell, until I went to this spot. Burritos ridiculously small. Their hot sauce is completely inferior. I normally would chose Taco John's over Taco Bell anyday, but not here, tiny tiny Burritos. Yikes man fix this!

Management/corporate..... PLEASE read the reviews and take action! I won't go into details but it was a fairly comical drive thru experience and obvious the employees did not know what they were doing. They didn't even know they sell a combination burrito. Food was decent but I've had better from other taco John's. Institute a training program, bring in great employees from other TJ locations to help mentor and train employees and turn this around. Word has spread quickly about the service at various TJ's in Milwaukee area. When I went there at 7:00 pm, nobody was in the parking lot or drive thru (see pic). Taco Bell down the street had a half full parking lot and several cars in drive thru... and this is not a good tb. Focus on the basics, train employees and turn this around.

Absolutely awful service, many things on our order were completely missing then was given attitude when asked for the missing item. We were charged for four sour creams then given two, ordered two tacos the same exact way and was charged for extra potatoes, neither came with extra potatoes or the way they were ordered. Every single thing that we ordered was messed up in some way, and the staff were completely disrespectful and rude instead of taking accountability to fix the problems. We had to speak to them at least 4 times about the issues with our meal. Not to mention it was nearly seventy dollars, especially with all the extra things we didn't even receive. I work in food service, and this was absolutely pathetic. Never wasting time or money here again, wish I got a refund.

Food was cold and made sloppy. Seriously, the boss burrito was literally a square LOL! The tortillas used to make the food were so hard at the edges they were inedible at parts. Plus it was sooo salty!!! Too expensive to serve such awful food, won't be going back. Plus the workers just did not seem to care about the job AT ALL. Went on Saturday at 5pm on the 17th of Feb. I would like to reiterate, the food was sooooo cold!
