Great Neighborhood coffee shop owned and operated by one of the best dudes I’ve met in Milwaukee. This coffee shop and its affiliates support their local community. All are welcome here.

Daily Bird is the best Coffee shop in the city - always a good vibe, great service and fantastic coffee, killer breakfast sandwiches and baked goods, staff is always cool and easy going - they’re always doing community oriented events and provide a safe inclusive space for absolutely anyone. Dan the owner is always helping people out when he can, giving guidance, support, and a non judgemental open ear to those struggling. Will never think twice about supporting this place!

They love coffee almost asmuch as they love people, and the color yellow. Super friendly community oriented atmosphere, with the lowest prices. They even had an indoor rummage sale. Kid friendly, but not a playground. lol

A great place! My third space. Owner, team, and customers are the best. Simple food menu that's solid, reliable, and tasty.

I’ve been visiting this establishment for a few months now. When I first started coming here, the service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and consistent. The food and coffee are always great, which is why I kept returning.

However, over time, the level of service has noticeably declined. Today, for example, I stood in line for about 10 minutes while the customers in front of me ordered, paid, and then continued to stand at the counter engaging in conversation with the server. During this time, the server also began making their order right there — even as the line continued to grow behind me. Typically, orders are placed, paid for, and then customers step aside to wait for their drinks, but that standard seemed to be ignored today. Meanwhile, everyone else in line, including myself, was left waiting with no acknowledgment.

Unfortunately, this experience has changed my perception of the establishment. No matter how good the food or coffee is, poor service can ruin the overall experience. Today will likely be my last visit, as consistent quality service should always go hand-in-hand with great food and atmosphere.

Really delicious lattes and awesome service as well! We are from out of town and asked for recommendations on things to do on a beautiful Sunday. Our barista had lots of fun ideas! Super friendly and fun spot.

Fantastic place to be. People all greeted each other. I overheard gossip. The vibe was downright neighborly and I loved it!
A little gritty but as warm and friendly as the bright walls

The coffee was a probably a B or B+ but the standout was the life of the shop. It felt shaped by the character of the community and the people around it. It was a very human-centered place, almost like the setting of a sitcom

The staff were friendly and chatty in all the best ways. There was no hustle which made going to this shop a very special experience

Hands down, the best scones I’ve ever had. I’ve lived Reykjavik, Chicago, New York City, and Madison and nothing compares.
