After waiting sometime for a waitress to take our order we decided to go to the bar to place our order. The turkey sandwich was dry. The other sandwich that was ordered was a wrap. The wrap was real hard and crusty. The waitresses definitely needed some more training. The hostess just stared and watched people. Where was the MOD?

The absolute worst dining experience ever. 3 people standing around chatting it up for 10 minutes an no one to even take our drink order. Now mind you this is early lunch. One other table eating at the time. Then a 4th waitress appears, apologizes then after getting our drinks, attempts to take our orders (3 of us) by my memory. But wait, we make changes like “no tomato” or “hold the mayo” she finally writes it down. Guess what? No changes made when the food came. Poto restaurant manager where were you?! Never again!

Very slow to get a server, lunch of rueben & onion rings was good. Expensive $$ for what you get. Server brought back wrong amount of $$, i left it in the tip. Hostess not friendly, never smiled, requested a different table to see tvs better, which then went in a corner-duh..... Overall, pass on this place.Parking: Long walk from everything.

The chicken wings were amazing. I know good chicken wings and these were so so good. The fries were so nice and crispy. Amazing. The corn was good. We got a bowl of corn. Plain but fresh tasting. The rest of the food, the main entree was Bland. Terribly bland. Literally cooked without any seasoning whatsoever. I ordered the steak, 10oz, with shrimp, fries (amazing) and the corn. The texture of my medium steak and the shrimp texture were great. They cooked it well as you would want it but zero flavor. I am very picky about my sodium intake so I rarely add salt to my food. I added tons of salt to this food. I love a well seasoned steak But with this steak I had to add some salt and definitely use my A1 steak sauce. I had to use the cold cocktail sauce for my cooked shrimp because it had zero flavor. I definitely would not order another entrée from this restaurant. I will stick to the chicken wings with a side of fries. That would be enough to fill anyone up because the portion size of the chicken wings were pretty big. And the chicken wings were pretty big themselves. I took a photo of the food, I already started cutting up my steak, my husband had already removed the lobster tails from his lobster(also bland), And we had already eaten one chicken wing each from the chicken wings before I remembered to take a photo. Oh, the roasted potatoes on my husbands plate were also delicious. I preferred my fries but his potatoes were as good and he preferred those. I would consider those again next time too. The service was excellent. We had amazing waitress. I don’t remember what her name was, I am thinking it was Candace but my husband is better with names, he would remember better than I.

Nachos - pretty much the worst ones i have ever tasted, cheese and jalepeno's peppers right out of a can and asked for steak on top, not sure what that was on top of ours. Blended up hamburger meat? or saw dust ?Hamburger, not much better, fish fry, fries were cold and bread was stale. Not much flavor to either of these.The worst part, wife ordered 1 bloody mary when i ordered another pepsi for myself we were brought another bloody mary instead. This is how they jack up your bill, not only did we get an extra drink, but BOTH were double shots of prime liquor. $13 each..She never asked for a double, and we felt rushed our entire time there, which i guess was a good thing.. Appetizers arrive about 3 minutes before main meal, so eat quickly, guess thats all the time it takes to microwave hot food.Also, suspect it was this meal that made me feel ill a few hours later and passed thru just as quickly.

Ordered room service. The guy who took our order over the phone was nice and kind. Was told food would take 30-40 minutes to arrive, which was fine. But it came in less than 30 minutes. The quesadilla was good, especially for that price at a casino. The chicken avocado sandwich wasn't bad either. The lobsters were too salty though.

Got in to town a little later in the evening. After a 6+ hour drive, we were pretty hungry but also wanted to enjoy some gambling. Happened to find this place in the casino and it didn’t disappoint. Service was awesome! Bosco, you’re the man!! We could not figure out how we got our food so fast and it was hot and awesome!! Fastest service and food to the table we have ever experienced. The portions of the main entree and the sides were definitely more than enough. Glad we didn’t order any appetizers, we couldn’t have ever finished all that food. Will definitely go back if in the area. Thank you Bosco and crew!! Y’all rock

Our server Cassandra (Sam) was fantastic! The 4 of us enjoyed a nice dinner with good food, drinks and especially great service. Limited choices to eat at the casino but The Fire Pit was a good choice.
The quality has gone down in my opinion. I have never had an issue here but my last dine in experience will be taking me elsewhere. The fish fry is now more like fish "fries", with processed fish and mostly breading and resembles a kids meal version. The chicken tenders were of lower quality and like a big McDonald's chicken nugget. With my salad, I usually get a bread roll and because of the Covid, Rolls are no longer.. So I can have someone chop my fruits and cut my lettuce ect, but I can't have a roll from an oven.. I just wanted a roll, but I'll save calories lol. I did enjoy my salad, Harvest salad is my favorite and I order it every time. Grilled cheese was OK.

This would always has so much flavor and is just always so delicious and hot can't complain but this last time that water was screwed up and was very disappointing was supposed to get sweet potato fries got regular fries was supposed to have cheese on the burgers but no cheese on the burgers a little disappointing but everybody messes up every once in awhile so we'll keep coming back maybe it was just a bad night for the cooks will be back

Whilst staying at the 'Potawatomi Hotel & Casino' I fancied a late night dessert and so got a Turtle Cheesecake to go. The bar was lively and had loads of TV's playing sports as you'd expect in a US Sports Bar. The menu looked good and prices seemed reasonable. My cheesecake which was delicious was $7.95 (inc. Tax).

I'm from out of town, very horrible experience in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dont think I would come back here. They are not friendly.They should let guest know that the reservation transponders do not work throughout the entire casino and just a limited area, they say we were paged 5 times but, we never recieved one page and it may have been because we were in another part of the casino that we didn't know did not receive signals. Lastly ROBERT older Caucasian bartender was very rude to me and my family. we could not help that we were seated late and his attitude was very unprofessional especially when I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he did not know the supervisors name but, when the general manager walked up, Robert came to his senses and remembered the supervisors name and when I asked why did he lie? he simply said he did not want to give me her name. Very unprofessional way to handle a guest issue. Although the food was good, we did not get to enjoy the dine-in experience like we wanted to. The supervisoron duty and bartender Robert was really rude for no reason.You guys close at 1:30am but, stop taking orders at 1:00am? I had just placed my order and they would not let me add a soup. really? If you don't like your job you should quit!

Lights went out and never came back on in the area where we were seated. We had to use the flashlights on our phones to see. Asked for extra ranch, never got it but it showed up on our bill. Our food was served to table behind us. They quickly realized it, took the food to the back then came back out less than 2 minutes later and claimed new food had been prepared for us. (????). Fries were cold, asked for fresh, hot fries and never got them. Bill had to be corrected twice and the waitress then seemed annoyed with us?? Never again.
