Just had a Rueben sandwich that was delicious. So good. Girl working there was so friendly even though she was very busy with a line to the door. Hope she is paid well.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick lunch. The server was very friendly and quick. We both got chicken and dumpling soup and half of an egg salad sandwich. Both were delicious. We are already planning to go back.

Soup is decent enough but service is terrible. New person behind counter is super rude and not helpful at all (I shared that last time they didn’t wrap my bowl and it spilled all over and they basically said too bad and then dissed me under their breath as I walked out). Very disappointed in the new staff.

They used to have the nicest ladies in here who were always so friendly. In addition, they used to rarely run out of bread. They used to give generous servings of bread more like a wedge of cake. Now you get a thin slice of bread much like the bread from the grocery store. In addition, they aren't putting as many dumplings in your soup anymore. Its a shame as I have been coming here for the last three years and I won't waste my money returning for rude workers and poor servings.

This place is the best. Come early as things are made fresh and sell out. Everyone who works there is so nice.

This is for the Vliet Street location. I have hit up this place about 5 or 6 times over the last few (winter) months. I absolutely love the variety of soups. I will generally pick up a bowl and 1/2 sandwich for lunch and get a quart of something different to take with me. The food is delicious, well prepared and filling. I never thought I would say that soup was filling but it works for me. Need a cozy comforting lunch? Hit up The Soup Market.

My favorite lunch spot! The owner is very energetic and personable, which makes me come even more! A great variety of soup options, salads, and sandwiches (oh and of course a rice crispy treat to-go) to choose from!
