The food was fabulous. However, the woman working the counter was truly awful. Asking for napkins, because the dispenser was empty and for a to-go container are not big asks in my opinion. However, she was on the phone every time I went up there (to order, get my food and return dishes/ask for a container). She would not make eye contact, however would roll her eyes, sigh and after about 10 seconds of silence and apologizing to the person on the phone, would say "What are...
My partner and I live nearby here. We absolutely love the food. The toppings and sauces always are delicious, fresh. However, we are regularly disappointed by the service. We have went multiple times around 7:15/7:30 p.m., and have been told that they are closed. We even went at 7:00 p.m. once and were told that they were closing -- thankfully we still got to order. The closing hours listed online are 8:00p.m. We just wish there was consistency here.
Food tasted pretty good! The taco platter was fantastic, all the flavors were amazing! Special shoutout for the carne asada and Brussels sprouts tacos. The chips and queso were yummy, the queso was very different than what we were used to but still tasty- the house bbq on the wings were just sweet and didn’t taste like bbq at all so that was the only downer. Would definitely still recommend!
