First time at this location. It recently took over from another coffee shop and is literally right across the street from the main Colectivo location. Outside, there are several patio tables under birch trees in a park-like setting. Inside, the space isn’t large — the barista counter is on the left, with small tables for 2–4 people. The design is simple and minimalist, creating a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.

There were only a few other people when I arrived....

Top quality cappuccino. Excellent attention to proper foam-to-espresso mixture in our 8-oz drinks. Foam was delicious and velvety. Also had a few croissants and they were perfectly flaky and not over-flavored with almond or pistachio. Good environment for casual seating indoors and outside as well.

We’re out of towners so we will be back on our next visit to Milwaukee.

Accidentally swung in right after closing time, but barista was still very kind and helpful as I needed to purchase a gift card. I have only been to the Walkers Point location for beverages, but looking forward to swinging back into this Bayview location for a beverage sometime soon!
