First issue, at least 10 items had to be substituted or deleted from my order because the store didn't have. Second problem, totally wrong order was delivered and I had to cancel my orde, redo it and wait another day for it to be delivered. The " fresh" fruit was over ripe and sour. the veggie platter same issue. the veggies were borderline rotten. Customer care is a joke. Rep John wanted me to wait for an email because no one would answer the phone. It's a joke.

On my last visit every stall in the women's room was occupied for 10+ solid minutes, all by store associates, and with no evidence of any "business being done" other than chatting/socializing. Apparently this is how they award themselves unofficial breaks. While I empathize with the desire to have a break and a chat, it puts consumers in a real bind when nature calls.

Do not go here. Do not send photo prints here for pick up. The workers here have the worst customer service ever. I ordered and paid for a same day print at this Walmart under my sister's name to pick up and the photo center employees just told her that they cannot find it. I already have the confirmation sent to my email including the confirmation stating that my order is ready for pick up. Then the employees continue to help more than 5 customers after my sister to then finally came back to tell her that they cannot find it again. Well, even if they cannot find it after she showed them the confirmation of the order and confirmation that it's ready, they are just going to do absolutely nothing about it? Is it hard to just print it again? Never go there and save your money to go somewhere else. This Walmart is scary and filled with very rude employees who were also racial profiling my sister. So disappointed. My sister did warn me that this happened 2 times before at this Walmart but unfortunately I did not know and sent my order there for pick up before she told me.

Went in last night to pick up an Apple Watch I seen advertised at a great price. When I arrived it was challenging to find an employee who had keys to the security case where Apple products are kept. When we finally did get someone to help, they seemed it rotes that they had to do actual work, they didn't seem enthused at all to help. It was more like a "you know you can get it cheaper on amazon" vibe they gave off. This entire time I let them know what I wanted but they didn't pull it out for me to observe. I got annoyed and was ready to buy and leave, so I said I'll take it. Still they didn't pull it out but were able to tell me how much it would be. The price they gave me was $40 higher then the price on the mylar tag. So I'm like WTF? I told them never main and walked away, opened the Walmart app and completed the purchase thru there. I then walked to the online pick up counter and got my item. Long story short. The management must not be training the new crew here properly, I feel that employees should see when you need help and actually offer to assist, not jus have a store full of uniformed people that don't do anything.

I'm here from out of town and am thrilled with the level of kind and informed help I received at this location. The staff are knowledgeable and very willing to help out. This is contrary to other Walmart experiences I've had, so I want to commend the leadership to the floor people. Well done!

This location had everything I was looking for and i was able to get thru the self serve checkout line quickly. It was very easy to find items and the restrooms were clean. I had to return some items from a different Walmart store sans receipt and it was handled very smoothly If I'm in the area I'll stop by again. The staff here is nice

Dominique at register 93 inthe customer service desk is the rudest, most inconsiderate person I have ever met. She clearly hates her job and takes it out on customers.
Do yourself a favor and don't shop here. Shelves are a mess,employees are ghetto. Definitely worth it to drive a little farther to go to a store where the employees are not racist

This has got to be the absolute worst walmart on the planet. my mom and I waited about 45 minutes for an associate to help us at the jewelry counter, only to be graced by the presence of a "associate" who had no business in that department. Before she came I asked another young lady who was just standing around if she could get someone to help us, she angrily mumbled something under her breath and after about 2 minutes decided to say, "I have someone coming to help ". Oh and the little bag checker lady has a very Stank attitude as well... and yes I used the word stank!!!! Fast forward to today...because my mom placed some items on layaway, we decided to go pick them up today, anyway the CSM as they are called was standing with a young lady with odd colored makeup and was more concerned with how her hair looked. The CSM did not know how to pull the order order up so and he called another gentleman who also was allegedly a manager, and did not know how to operate the system correctly, then 4 other people with the same yellow vests on had no clue of what they should be doing and one of the "managers" happily stated "I'm on my 15" and strolled about. Had it not been after being at the counter for what seemed FOREVER the make up princess decided to go appear as if she was going to look for someone to help us...let's just say she was found in the middle of the store with the rest of the oh so eager employees. There is always a now hiring sign placed out front of the store. Well maybe the actual managers in charge of hiring should get rid of the lazy, pre madonna, gossiping, unhelpful, non friendly individuals that stroll around the store and discuss what it is they are planning on doing for the weekend, with people who would be thankful they that they have a job! HERE'S A THOUGHT..AN EMPLOYEE SWEEP WOULD BE GREAT. Better yet someone who would be appreciative enough to know that out of all the people that have tried to apply here I am great full enough to have a iob. Hell I've applied at this store and obviously was not disrespectful enough to work in this store. It's unfortunate that the stores that are in the community, treats it's shoppers like crap. I would actually rather take the drive all the way to the falls. Thanks for the HORRIBLE SERVICE.
