I believe it is under new management and he is rude he is impatient and treats the customers like they can’t question him bout their order or what is missing he has is a problem working under pressure maybe he should find a job esle where otherwise they do have a few wonderful workers that may seem rude but i can see why they are being upset dealing with a unorganized manager

It's very unfortunate that I received chili cheese fries instead of regular fries. Literally the only thing I wanted were hot crispy regular fries. I go home and noticed I was given soggy terrible fries soaked in chili grease and and a pound of cheese. ? My burger was also cold? Not sure how that happens. Burger neglect.

ICE COLD FOOD. Burgers were dry and had definitely been sitting out a while. Had to reheat everything. Ordered two frosty cold brews. Received two cups of frosty with no coffee and no straws.

The cashier in the drive thru was SO RUDE. The rudest I've come across in a really long time. You could tell he was so unhappy and seemed bothered. Even swearing at the window about the other drivers. They took so long the food was barely warm.

Reviewing a Wendy’s seems like a goofy choice. I was in the drive in, which was taking forever with 2 other cars. The person taking our order was rude and took my payment. He then told us to pull up to the next window. There is no next window. We stayed there and waited and waited and waited and everyone else got their food while no one gave us ours. Bizarre experience and i am seeking a refund since we never got food. Working fast food late at night isn’t an easy job but this was just weird.Side note, they don’t have the veggie burger that is on Wendy’s website.
