We do takeout here more than I’d like to admit. It’s the best pizza in Milwaukee. I’ve been hesitating even writing this review because it’s a best kept secret and I’d like for it to stay that way, but this business also deserves to thrive.Thin crust, right amount of sauce, cheese isn’t soggy on top, customizable toppings.. it’s just the best.
At the rear of a quintessential Milwaukee tavern named The Bubbler, Vinchi’s Pizza works out of a small kitchen with a couple of pizza ovens. Sit at one of the few tables, or do take out like we did. Vinchi’s is Milwaukee-style pizza with a thin crust and lots of flavor. We loved it! It isn’t my NY pizza, but that’s a taste driven by memory. Vinchi’s flavor is old Zaffirro’s before corporate fever took over and ingredients changed. I think I liked Vinci’s better....read full review
