Walked in for carry out order around 5:00pm. Expected it to be busy as it was but I had time and patience lol it was the people behind me. So once my order was taken after waiting literally 20mins my food came out after 10 mins. I sat down ate some of my food and left out. The lobby was fairly clean but felt someone should have came out to clean it within the hour I was there.

Unfortunately, I went to Wendy's on an extremely hot day. I ordered my meal and I wanted to get some ice. I was informed by the manager that I could not use my cup for ice and the workers informed me that water was not free. Since I like the food at Wendy's I will return but I will not be returning any time soon.
