Another fast food establishment that fails to recognize customer service. So frustrating to walk up to a cashier station and no one acknowledged me for quite awhile so I went to use the washroom. But what was very noticeable is that when I initially walked into the restaurant an employee saw me and said "Hi" and walked into his work area while I continued to stand there waiting for someone to ask for my order. No one did. Sadly this is a reflection of the owners and management style. In an age where there are people desperate for work I really don't understand why this location doesn't hire people who are grateful to work and happy to help consumers. This attitude goes a long way to establish customer return visits.
Sadly, even after the cashier asked for my name for the order, he left it on the counter and never bothered to call out my name.
It was another consumer who politely noticed I was waiting and noticed it sitting there asked me if it was my order.

Found a hair on my burger, tried calling to let them know and they kept hanging up on me like it was my fault there was a nasty hair in my food

To the person in charge of making the wraps, you should really make sure they aren't hard to the point of almost chipping my tooth, I have gotten this many times and it's not the first time but to be the 3rd time it's a little much, I hate to have anything bad to say. The reason I visit the drive-thru is the older gentleman that is always working so hard with a huge smile on his face, he knows how to conversate with customers but to be honest not sure if I want to trust another wrap to have to make a visit to my dentist, I don't want to hear they wear gloves because you can still feel the difference from soft and hard tortilla shells. Just saying. I also noticed something off with the vitamin water pink lemonade, you are the only place I get it from as the only place close that has it but today something is off with the flavor of it. Very disappointed in my visit through drive-thru today. Photo below shows the chunks I had to remove that were the hardest to bite but fighting through the rest as it was an almost $12 lunch for me.

Have not tried this place in awhile. Was a small order of a meal, a chili and large fry. Get home, no large fry. Really, how hard is it to pack an order? Will not be going back there again.

Food hot and fresh and Lobby area very clean and kept... 5 star. Customer service is a very generous 1 star. The only person really working, sweeping, etc is the drive thru girl. I exclude her from the 1 star. The lady hovering over the fry area, and snacking on an occasional fry, has horrible customer service skills. We stood at the counter more than 5 minutes before she ambled over and we inconvenienced her with our order. Seems like a manager of sorts(?). The 2 young guys took 5 smoke breaks in the 20 minutes we were inside eating, as they blew smoke from their mouths opening the door returning in. To top those 2 off, NEITHER WASHED THEIR HANDS AT THE FRONT SINK BEHIND THE COUNTER ON THEIR RETURN! Neither did fry lady after fry snacking. Turns out the one guy was a visible sandwich maker. !! GROSS!! Didn't wear gloves either. I'm not a Germ-a-phob but touching door handles, and smoking or vaping then touching food for customers?? BIG NO! I was in around 330 on a Saturday and inside was dead quiet except for a transient. There was an older employee guy who came from the back. Don't know his role. This one always has hot and fresh food for us even in late night drive thru but the employees need some reprimand. I've been a store manager for 14 years and I would be LIVID seeing a review like this. Employees taking for granted quiet time, more interest in their phones and smoke habits. Snacking food from the fryer bin or God knows anywhere else is a HUGE no!! Overall hygiene practices need to be addressed!!

Went inside one person talking on their phone, two others texting, I asked if anyone was working, they all looked at me and went back to their phones! I left hungry!!

This location on Layton has the slowest most non understandable workers. I don't know how many times u have to repeat your order just for them to get it right. Untill u get to the window and still have items missing. Never again. The guy that was taking orders in drive thru was a Patrick(from sponge bob).

This location sucks. Service sucks at least. Food was alright.. person taking order should find a new job.
Was disappointed in my burger, cheese was cold, nit melted so burger itself was cold. Cashier wasn't very personable.
