“One of my favorite wing stops I did a uber eats just now food delicious. Nice and crunchy tenders i got hot honey dry and sweet the Louisiana fries where off the chain with a brownie to go driver came fast food was great keep up the great job you guys“

“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “Reggie, Anthony, and the entire staff are amazing! Reggie makes the atmosphere light hearted, but professional. Anthony helped these customers who couldn’t figure out why their order was missing and did such a great job. I loved how much teamwork goes into this business and how much good praising goes towards their staff! Definitely recommend!“
