This food truck is truly a gem. The barbecue is on another level — tender, flavorful, and clearly made by someone who knows what they’re doing. The ribs fall right off the bone, the rib tips are packed with flavor, and the jerk chicken has that perfect balance of heat and seasoning. What makes it even better is that it’s woman-owned and woman-run — she does it all on her own: the cooking, the service, the prep, everything. And somehow she still greets you with a smile...
Hands Down this is one of the best BBQ food trucks in all of Milwaukee. The staff are kind, the food is delicious, the portions are generous, and you always feel like you got your money's worth every single time you go here.
They are literally down the street from where I live and every chance I get, I go to them and get a rib tip dinner with a side of mac and cheese, baked beans, an an extra side of baked beans. The only time I have ever been disappointed is when I crave their rib tips and they’re closed.
