I had the tastiest french dip sandwich, the beef was tender and shaved thin, the bun was fresh and the au jus was tasty and not overly spiced or under seasoned! The waitress was friendly and polite! The place was very clean!

The elderly redhead working the drive thru at 2:15pm on 1/8/26 was rude and uncouth. We attempted to talk to her via the speaker and only a very low decibel voice. We could not tell what she was saying. We drove around to have a better chance of determining what she said. She opened the window and in a condescending tone, immediately said, “You DIDN’T even give me a chance to answer you!” There was no attempt to help us or to figure out why we might have driven around. It really sucks to be treated poorly. Although we already paid through the app, my wife was hurt enough to drive off in lieu of receiving our food. Avoid this location.

Ordered 2 Gyros for my husband. Pita was dry and tough, ordered it with beef - dry and wasn't sliced - just a glob, ordered extra sauce - there was almost no sauce on them, very little lettuce or tomato.

I've often struggled with a good experience at Arby's outside my hometown, and unfortunately this was one of them not so great experiences. We ordered a large meal for our 5 person family. All the usual. My husband's roast beef and cheddar was very sloppy. My regular roast beef was ok, but the potato cakes were over cooked, no flavor and incredibly oily. We also got charged for and given curly fries we didn't want. Ordering was chaotic as it seemed like one lady was running the front by herself even though another kept trying to help 🤷🏻♀️ They were all friendly and polite but the chaos left my husband waiting 5 mins just to get his receipt which he ended up grabbing from the register himself. Fortunately our kids seemed pleased but my husband and I didn't finish our meals 😕 Also a side note one of the smaller Arby's I've ever set foot in, the decor, flooring, and furniture seemed a bit worn and honestly it was a little hard to spot on the main drag through Minocqua.

There was 2 people running the whole store. Gal in front doing whole front end, drive through, front desk, dining room clean, she was incredible, calling out orders to cook, friendly service, keeping it light and fun for her guy running the back. We dined in and ate, our large order (for 6 of us) was perfectly served. Our family was purely impressed with her roll, and the 2 of them doing everything there was to do. We come generations in the industry, those 2 put on a show, top notch, gold star experience. We were there the evening of weds 8/13. I hope those 2 team mates get some recognition from within of there accomplishment.

Arby's in Minocqua is always great service and clean inside! Really fast window service and very nice employees! I recommend going here the food choices are excellent and love their newest menu , the pepper steak sandwich is the best!
Food was awful, I mean like awful awful. Tasted sour and old, almost puked. Service was mid and give props to the workers, but it was slow. Way over priced for a sandwich meal, better off eating from the dumpster behind WalMart

The absolute worst. I was foolish enough to eat at this place twice and the last was my last time. The person in back making the sandwiches would just throw them onto the shelf. I took a picture of the smokehouse brisket sandwich they gave me compared to the advertisement. The bacon was nasty soggy. Absolute baiting switch and technically this is illegal. The trashcan ain’t more of it than I did. What an absolute joke.
