Very good buffalo chicken sandwich! The cashier was very nice! The tables were a little dirty but other than that it was really good!

Just sto00ed at 115 p.m. ordered 1 slider, one roast beef and fries. Both sandwiches were Luke warm at best. fries were semi warm.

One of the worst experiences in my life. I thought the Merrill Arbys was bad and stopped going there maybe I felt Minocqua Arbys may have been different. I placed my order thru drive thru got to the window and the gentleman was sitting down, IDK if there was a medical reason that he needed to sit but either way it didnt look good! It all started when I got my shake I wasnt going to say that it was 3x to small cause it was suppose to be a large. However my wife is a firm believer of we should get what we order and she respectfully said excuse me sir but this was suppose to be a large. What came out of his mouth was horrific and shouldnt be stated at any fast food joint. He looked over at my wife with an irritated look and said "you didnt specify" which threw my eyebrows up in disbelief because im pretty sure we aint getting paid to do his job. My wife stated to him that we did specify but he proceeded to argue and it is His job to "specify" small medium or large. I was able to hold my calm for a moment as I could see the irritation building on my wifes face cause she normally doesnt get talked to like that. He stated "keep it" and walked away which I thought naturally he was going to get my large shake but instead he returned to the window rolling his eyes and a mean tone and shoved another small shake in my hand saying "here have it". My wife was upset even more so I drove away before something really happened. Long story short we didnt get the correct shake nor did we get crinkle fries nor did we get the extra au ju sauce or whip cream on our shake. And when going back to correct all of this he was in there arguing with a different customer about the same thing with thier shake and how she did specify!! Its crazy worst customer service EVER!! So once again goodbye Arbys!

Waited 12 minutes for a pick up order that had been placed well in advance ...was supposed to be ready at 4:30, it ...was .....not. 4:42. THEN, they forgot an item that we were charged for. My mistake for not checking the bag until I got home. Actually, my mistake for even considering this place. Off the list.
Simple order. Took some time. Expected more from Arby's then some other places but they must've fell into that same slump. Good luck with the hiring starting at $14. You get what you pay for.....

Turkey, ranch bacon sandwich...bread crust was so hard & burnt on one side. Couldn't even find the bacon! Ate the turkey, a few small tomatoes pieces, & cheese. Awful sandwich!! Curly fries were not even hot! $12.95 shot!!!

Went through drive-through. Got Beef and Cheddar. Noticed soon after on the road that there was no Cheddar. Went back and they gave me the right sandwich. By then it was a little cold so I had a couple bites to hold me over until I got home. The people were pleasant but I was a little frustrated. Hopefully it will be better next time through town.
