Your donuts are awesome, but your communication about store hours and availability is not. Both Facebook and Instagram say you are open, but you're not. I have called multiple times over the last week but no one answers the phone, and there is no pre-recorded message explaining your hours and availability.

I had checked online for hours only to arrive and everything was closed up. According to posted hours they should have been open. Apparently, as we were told by other shopkeepers this happens all the time. We weren't the only potential customers that were disappointed.

Pretty weird experience, walked in thinking they were regular donuts only to see there mini donuts, we asked the 3 workers about the donuts and what was available only to have all 3 stand there and stare at me and the 2 other couples I was with, none of them said a word! Really awkward silence. After seeing the donuts I asked what toppings were available and again all 3 stood in silence, very weird! Won’t go back

It was bad so you think of when you walk in to a hospital and see white and no dining area and stuff it was blah no Christmas decor only one Santa. And the pricing is out Rageous its expensive. And if you are gonna name a shop bigfoot donuts you think oh these are gonna be some big donuts no the donuts are probably as big as a 50 cent coin. It really wasn't that much of a welcoming place. The workers were snoty and I just asked how much a pretzel was 5.00 bucks just for a pretzel when at a gas station you can get a soft pretzel for 1.something. over all would not recommend the donuts kinda of tasted stale.

I wish I would have been able to try the donuts here. I stood at the order counter for 10 minutes. The lady behind the counter looked at me several times, walked past me and did not say a word. A simple "Be right with you" would have been sufficient. The man working behind the counter also did not even acknowledge me. There were only 3 other people in the store waiting for their order. After 10 minutes of being ignored, our family left without being able to order. Absolutely terrible customer service. We will not go there again.
These are so good. We purchased the s’mores flavor. Grateful that I don’t live close?

The owner was delightful! We got an order of freshly baked blueberry cream donuts, holy moly they were scrumptious!! Definitely plan to go again next time I'm in Minocqua. We ate them quickly, so unfortunately, there were no pictures of the delicious little treats. ??
