In winter its pleasantly warm!. Small but charming. We go there for the FOOD and SERVICE! Fast, Hot incredible flavor and fresh produce. There is meat throughout the whole burrito!! Ask for your stake medium rare and they cook it perfect! Kitchen is open to view. It's CLEAN! They clearly take great pride in preparation! Salsa is very fresh and the chips are not stale! Haven't been in when we weren't treated with a smile!
Thank you Los Portales!

Parking: Parking on 3 sides of the restaurant. There is two entrances to the restaurant on both sides of parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: No stair or bumps in the threshold and they have 2 handicap spaces. Plenty of isle room for a chair. Bathroom is on the small side and lighting is average, but handicap usable .

disappointing.. tried eating here two times. Poorly prepared and very expensive food. Ordered a spicy pork burrito and received a small boring pork taco. the beans were bitter. the poblano was below average. Nice people though, sorry, we won't be coming back, we really wanted your restaurant to succeed but don't like coming home smelling like grease

Positives... fast service, friendly staff. Downside...absolutely did not like my overpriced meal. I had a shredded chicken taco salad. Description was shredded lettuce, tomato, chicken with salsa and sour cream in a fried taco shell. It was the smallest taco salad I've ever seen (cost was $12). A few pieces of lettuce, a few pieces of chopped tomato, a generous portion of over salted shredded chicken, all "drenched" in cheese sauce ( I do not like cheese sauce and would normally ask to not have it, but since it didn't say the salad had cheese sauce, I didn't ask to hold it. I was hungry from our travels and nothing to eat all day, so I ate what I could but it started to not sit well with me so I didn't finish. Bottom line... I would not go back here.

It's your everyday run-of-the-mill cookie cutter Mexican restaurant. They all have the exact same menu, good food but tiresome
