EPIC FAIL.....

We asked for a cup of ice and was declined. We then asked to pay for the cup of ice and was still declined. The cashier said we had to purchase something, so we purchased a bottle water and asked for a large cup of ice. Instead, we're given a small cup of ice with less than 1/4 way filled. Very rude staff, and the cashier didn't even thank us.

We went across the street for .49 cents for a cup of ice, any size and the staff was friendly at Kwik Trip!

This McDonald's is usually good but the past few times I've been here, employees are always arguing with each other and this time, they spent 20+ minutes getting my order ready and they messed up my burger.

Staff was super rude, more than one member ignored me when they forgot my medium drink, when one finally came to the register they gave us a small because they were out of mediums, terrible service wouldn’t recommend.

We ordered four ice cream cones and three drinks. When the cones were being prepared, one was served to us already melting and dripping off the side. We politely declined it, explaining that it was dripping everywhere. The employee responded, “You don’t want this cone?” and we had to repeat ourselves.

At that point, another employee commented, “Why did you order four cones then,” which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Additionally, while waiting, we noticed other staff members distracted—one using a phone, another resting her head on the counter, and others laughing and moving slowly while making the cones.

We asked to speak with the manager, who came over. We explained the situation, but the response we received was simply, “Ok, I’ll have a word with her,” without any apology or acknowledgment of the poor service.

Overall, the service felt careless and unprofessional, and the situation was not addressed in a way that reassured us as customers. Because as a worker you should be respecting your customers. Thank you.

I went here a year or two ago to get some food. At the drive thru the cashier was rude and we just drove away, it was pretty much a hassle and we went to Culvers, which is way better than McDonalds...
