My daughter and I just went through the drive-thru for breakfast. When we got to the first window, the lady asked a question and I did not hear her. By the way, I am legally deaf in my left ear due to an injury. I asked her "What?" And she blatantly and rudely rolled her eyes right in front of us and repeated the question. Absolutely inappropriate and rude! So sorry I didn't hear you! You work in customer service and this is how you act? If this is an employee that you want representing your brand, your restaurant, I suggest you put someone with a friendlier attitude at your drive thru window.

I have to say that if your sign is flashing buy one get one for $1 on the breakfast menu, then you should honor that. Sadly you did not as I was told it was up in error. So I chose to go across the street and get the same thing at Kwik Trip for less money and better service. Yet another reason McDonald’s is losing business to Kwik Trip.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal with NO mustard and specifically asked for ketchup. When I got my food, my burger had no cheese and had mustard on it, and not one ketchup packet or napkin in the bag. Then proceeded to take it back in and the idiot cooking decided to put four pieces of cheese on the new burger, and didn't realize it till I got down the road. To top it off the fries were still frozen in my sons and my meal. Basically threw my whole meal in the garbage. Might as well have threw a $10 bill out the window. Never again!

Clean McDonalds with fast and Friendly service. We had a gentleman wait on us that recognized a Marine hat and thanked my BF for his service and shared some specials with us. He made an appreciated connection & made us feel good for stopping here for a quick couple burgers. McDonald’s has become very expensive but no fault of this particular location. Food was ready pretty fast and prepared fresh. Workers were friendly and dressed appropriately with proper facial protection. Two drive through lines available and kiosks indoors, if you choose to use them.
Worst McDonald's in the state of Wisconsin! Stay away from this place.

Terrible experience and terrible customer service! My family and I always stop here on our way home from vacation. We won’t be doing that anymore. We waited 30 minutes for our food and didn’t even get our complete order! I was told they were waiting on our apple pies…whatever!! Employees were coming out, ordering food and were getting their order before I was. No one was helping me at all! And it was filthy inside. I actually left the restaurant very upset on the verge of tears. I’ve never had such a terrible experience before. We will not be back. What a complete waste of money!!
