Took over 30 minutes to get wing appetizer. Was told wings take a long time. Then long wait for food to receive dry food, no flavor and rude service. Order was wrong and waitress said its not in her control with the kitchen. My son said even the dogs won't eat this dried food. Do not eat here, worst experience.

We came in with a group of 4. It appeared that they were short staffed so although the wait was long even with tables opening up, I was fine with it and understand the situation. We got seated and was told they were out of cod and baked potatoes, again, no problem. I am gluten free due to celiac disease so asked the server if the fries and/or potato pancakes(the only other side options) were gluten free and she shrugged and said she had no idea. We needed a bit more time so she left. When returning, she had not checked on the items asked about so I 'upgraded' (for $3) to the salad bar. Per the menu description, my meal came with a potato(unavailable or unknown if they are safe for me), chef's choice side(Mac n cheese that night which I was going to give to my husband), coleslaw, and bread. I declined the potato, and bread. I went to the salad bar and nearly all the plates were dirty so I picked the cleanest of those available. When she brought the food out, she stated that the Mac n cheese was all out. My plate consisted of 1 trip to the salad bar, a piece of baked fish, and a small cup of coleslaw. I hoped that because my meal was less than half of the menu description and one item was an upchanged item that 'maybe' something would have been reduced or the unchange would have been taken off the bill however was not. In addition, my husband's bacon cheese burger, the bacon was barely cooked.

I am giving a 4 because the bartender sucks. We sat for a few minutes not being acknowledge. I am usually patient but when people came in after us and she acknowledged them but never once us. . Finally we got up and asked if we seat ourselves. The server Lauren (sorry if I didn't get that correct). But she is awesome. Very attentive.. she made or visit pleasant.

I never leave reviews, but the mushroom burgers we had were tasteless . I’m not quite sure if they were even beef. It appeared they opened a can of Mushrooms didn’t heat them or season. Onions rings under cooked. On the upside, very friendly.
