I travel all over Wisconsin for business and private endeavors. Starbucks in Minocqua is absolutely Delivers.. Every time I stop they are attentive to the details always asking is my order correct and make sure that they take the time to ask if I have received what I requested. I never feel rushed, everyone always speaks clearly and precisely . There’s so many workers there Ella being one of the more new ones; Also, the young gal with the Buick encore who helped me make a decision on the car even though I didn’t go with that one, “ I wish I would have”, your guy baristas with the ponytail, we always laugh, thank you everyone at Starbucks for always reaching Above and beyond To make sure we are satisfied-

I know that people in the area were a bit upset by a chain in town, as there are a handful of small town coffee shops. Things were slow at first so that fed into the “don’t go to Starbucks” rhetoric. I still went occasionally to treat myself…and that changed when I met Cindie. She is always cheerful, funny, kind and makes me feel like I’m the only customer. I now see long drive-thru lines and I can’t help but think that it is because of what amazing leadership Cindie brings to the table. I’m thankful for her on those bad days I need coffee, she makes me realize that it’s not that bad. Now I go as often as I can! P.S. Bring back the potato bites ?

All "Charbucks" are the same worldwide. They purposely char/burn their coffee beans at the roaster so there is a consistency in flavor. It's what megaplaces do so it 'tastes' the same each time you go to one. BUT also it's so you ante UP and spend 6, 7, 8$ for a fricking sugared down mocha/carmel/frappa/whipped cream/sprinkles on top diabetic drink! Nasty yuck Charbucks (coffee?). Not really.
