I should have given this earlier. The service was great both in sales and support. I just found out my salesman Jake had a bad go of it with a snowmobile accident. My prayers go out to him and his family and the rest of the crew at Gage Marine.

The crew at Gage Marine is the best! We have had Gage winterize and store our boats for several years, and I cannot say enough about the customer service. They are so helpful, so down-to-earth, and so accommodating. We were having trouble starting our older boat, and one of their technicians showed us a button that we didn't previously know about... a bit embarrassing, but they couldn't have been nicer about it. A very different experience from some of the old-school auto mechanics that we've encountered over the years (who can be condescending and make you feel like a fool)! We highly, highly recommend Gage!

Great family business in Minocqua, WI. They treat you like family. They are very knowledgeable and truly profession. After purchasing a Mastercraft from Stengl Marine, the customer service has been remarkable. I would highly recommend Stengl Marine, if your considering purchasing a Mastercraft boat.

Right when we walked in the door, we were greeted in a professional and friendly manner. Jake, a sales rep at Stengl, demonstrated his knowledge of the boats they carry when walking us through different Barletta Pontoons. He was very professional and outgoing throughout the whole process! Mark and Jake rock, definitely recommend stopping in to check out what they have in inventory or just to meet some great guys! Also shoutout to the surf school that is partnered with Stengl (Surf Sconsin) if you ever want to try the awesome sport of wake surfing, they are the guys to teach you on a beautiful MasterCraft in the north woods!

I am disappointed in the way a sales person treated us. I called today and he told us about a boat and I told him we would come up tomorrow and not list it or anything. We agreed on a price and 2 hours later he called and said he sold the boat to someone that said they would pay full price and sight unseen. Are you willing to ruin your reputation for $3k? In my option I feel this is unethical, at a minimum he could have called or texted us to asked us if we would pay the additional $3k, because we would have.

Stengl has been great to work with! I spoke with Bill initially and then Jake Van Hefty and both excel at customer service. Bill answered all my questions on a Saturday and gave me a very fair price on the boat. Being 5 hours away from the dealership I wasn’t able to inspect the boat in person so Jake did a video call with me and went over every inch of the boat! He knows his stuff and made sure to answer any questions that came up during the call. They offered to store the Moomba until spring time so I don’t have to tow it home in the snow and do an on water demo for me when I pick it up. I feel confident in my decision to purchase from Stengl and will be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a new or used boat! It’s going to be a long winter of waiting!

I had brought my x10 from Michigan to eagle River for a family vacation. On day 2 it was having electrical trouble. I found out Stengl was close and called. Stengl responded with experience and knowledge and best of all they said they would slide it in and they did. They worked through their lunch and get it done that day. I picked it up that night! Great bunch of people who care in service at Stengl.

Two seasons experience - first season received my boat back from the spring service with a 'dead battery' because blower was left on. Picked-up Saturday AM so was left to scramble for battery to allow a launch for that weekend - even have a battery shut off switch. Second season called to have boat spring serviced on 5/18 (tagged as it was winterized by them and want to ensure protection for block) and was told earliest appointment was second week in June. When I challenged the timeline was 'asked if I expect the dentist to get me in next day' and I corrected and explained I am not asking for next day but looking for something reasonable and less than a month out. Said will not be bringing my boat in and was told they have a 140 boats and don't need mine. Unfortunate as I wanted to keep service local but would not recommend based on these two experiences.
