Tried to go and grab a quick bite. Arrived around 10:30pm and its completely closed, no cars even in the parking lot but online it says they are open til 11pm. Glad i wasted my gas and time for no reason.

A nice gentleman Robert, had spoken to me at the ordering window. I had a very pleasant experience with him. He was very polite and I received my food very quickly. He also helped me to figure out the app on my phone.

Pop stop running errands. "Crown? Yes! It's my 55th birthday and BK was my first fast food experience at Five Points a few blocks from my house in Rockford." We tried out the Apple Watch remote photo button. Cheesy Tots could have been more cheesy; BK could work with Green County Cheesemakers on that! Shared with a friend, and he thought so too. Next stop, Mrs Claus outfit purchase from our local famous clown.

The food was cold when I had it delivered my chicken fries tasted like they have been sitting for to long fries were cold an not fully cooked. Yeah quick delivery but all my food was cold

Ive been meaning to write this review for a long time. I've lived in monroe for over 3 years and BK has been the best fast food option the entire time. The prices are great, the service and food quality is even better! In all my years this is the most dependable fast food joint I have ever frequented. I think maybe one time out of dozens and dozens of trips they messed up something small once. If you want fast food in Monroe this is the place to go. Culver's, DQ, and taco bell are pretty good too. Stay far away from mcdonalds. LOL
