ts is so peak 🥲 This is the best culvers to ever exist on the planet 🥰 because of its well trained and attentive employees delivering your food with care and speed. 🥹 the atmosphere is also super cheery and interactive. 🥳 my only minor complaint is theres an employee named Gerbert that tries to offer you his mangos from time to time 🫩

There’s a man who is supposedly a manager, he doesn’t satisfy customers nor knows what he’s doing. One time, I went in for a Culver’s Signature Sauce. I get it, mistakes happen so I was being polite and asked him for a packet. He then got snarky and asked for my recipe because he “never seen someone get one.” So I went out grabbed my recipe and showed him and he still argued with me that he never seen it. Now, lemon coolers are out, he made it seem like he “talked to his boss.” Within 1 minute and said we don’t do lemon coolers add Powerade. And tried saying they had no blue Powerade. I believe this guy needs to be retained on how to satisfy customers because he’s the reason no one wants to do business with them. I had to drive to New Glarus for the satisfaction as they told me they have customers come from Monroe because of how poorly trained they are there. Management needs to retrain the guy or come together as a team and retrain them as how customer service should be.
