I ordered a hot fudge sundae and a blizzard. When the man tipped the blizzard up it came out of the cup and on the side of my car. When I asked if it was free at that point he ignored me. Off to the car wash I went. Expensive trip to that DQ it was!

Very friendly staff! They seemed very genuine and kind, but unfortunately my chicken was very bad, there was almost no meat it was just burnt breading. It did not taste very pleasant.The rest of the food was as expected

From out of town and first time coming here. Came on a Tuesday evening around 8:30 p.m. and was immediately served. The parking lot and interior of the restaurant were extremely clean. The staff was attentive and got my double cheeseburger and blizzard within four or five minutes for dine in.

The teenagers that worked there have always been nice but idk what crew is working nights now but baby fire them. Cant even get a here you go, here's your basket, etc. Flung the basket to me without saying a word and we sat there for 2 minutes until another girl came at the window and asked if we're waiting for some thing. We said yea 2 drinks the other girl just walked off without saying anything not even a have a good day. Maybe if she said tha, we would of said yea you forgot this, instead of running up your drive through times and making customers behind us wait as well. Seems like this has been a ongoing problem and yall aren't doing anything about this????

I went to the Monroe DQ and ordered two chocolate dilly bars, I didn’t notice until I got home that they were smashed.
Their deals are pretty nice, they have good chicken & good ice cream. It can be pretty loud but that's not a huge deal for a fast food place.
