This morning I came through waited at the drive thru then a women comes on continuously laughing, not being able to hear me and laughed my order back to me. Then at the window I was handed a wrong drink and I said the lady was laughing the whole time on the speaker that’s prolly why she didn’t hear me and she stated “YEAH I’m having a rlly good day at work today” and I said ok. Then I was given correct drink she said “SORRY FOR MAKING A MISTAKE” rudely and the drink tastes stronger so out of better judgement I’m not drinking it. Maybe don’t be in customer service if you’re naturally rude.

Every single time I come here in the drive thru they are so rude, always refuse to do more than one order even if it’s not rush hour. They refuse to scan my phone for the mobile app. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip on the drinks.

My girlfriend sends me here daily at first it felt awkward getting a girl drink but with Dana's smile and easy conversation she made it feel like stopping by a friend's house she's always so helpful it makes my day just to stop by after work only complaint I have is the fact she doesn't get enough time to enjoy herself but at least she's there when I need a coffee ☕

Dana is always so sweet in the drive thru. I go to dunkin almost every day, and she is almost always there, with a smile on her face. And my iced latte is always made to perfection!

Wrong cheese on the breakfast sandwich. Hash browns were mushy but had okay flavor. One of the drive through menus was totally empty. Service was fast and the coffee was an 7/10. If you are just jumping off the highway to grab something to eat just go to the McDonalds or the dumpster behind piggily wiggly. The dumpster rats have better cognitive ability.

I like Dunkin Donuts offerings, including their very good coffee. The person taking my order is nice and friendly. But the place is, let's face it, filthy. Instead of putting some good old elbow grease cleaning the place up during slow times, the staff stand around joking amongst themselves, and are usually boisterous. The health department should be checking this place out.
