If the option is there to customize a sandwich then follow the instructions to do so. Good money is paid to receive such food items and when they are not made to order, for products paid for. You bet I am going to advise management of it since it happens EVERY time I order. The response of "maybe you should not order here if your sandwiches are always wrong" is NOT an appropriate management response. "Do the staff knows how to read?" is not a rude question but is a requirement of an employee, is it not? I mean, it is part of their job. Approximately $50 an order and they are continuously wrong is a big problem for a restaurant in such a small community. Please do better.

My wife ordered a tuna sandwich with Double the meat and double the bread. And for some reason, there was not hardly any meat on the sandwich and there was one slice of extra cheese. Spoke with the employees And one of the fellas says that that’s the way it is. He said we should’ve ordered a small sandwich. He was not very friendly nor courteous. April 7, 2025 at 7:30 pm he said he’s worked there many years and that’s why they make the sandwich. I looked at my wife’s sandwich and I could plainly see half of it was missing. So open your sandwich before you leave because otherwise you’re S.o.l.

What happened to the service here? Out of my last 4 orders, 3 have been incorrect. Today was the worst, though. I ordered a large fountain drink with my sandwich and the driver forgot it. He said he would bring it, but never did. I hate to sound so negative, but Jimmy John's lost a customer today. Please do better for your other customers.

Normally I never have a big problem at Jimmy John’s but today different story sandwich had more cheese then meat on it asked for extra onions n extra Jimmy John peppers and got couple of pieces of each on the sandwich. Customer service was rude and they wanted me to pay again after I paid. It will be awhile before I got back there

If you want to order jimmy johns go pick it up yourself. 45 minutes to get delivery 2 blocks away is kind of b.s. Food was good as usual but waiting 45 minutes to get food that's supposedly freaky fast is ridiculous. If I had known it was going to take that long I wouldn't have ordered. But since a semi truck doesn't really fit in their parking lot it was my best option.

I placed an order for a scheduled delivery almost an hour in advance. I have only had a handful of scenarios previously where the time was not met - and that was understandable due to the weather conditions. Today, however, there was no obvious reason for why my order was 40 minutes late. I called after half an hour to check on my order and was told that it was almost to my location. The man who answered the phone was quick to help me. Unfortunately, this will be my last order for a long time.

Last time I ate here(couple weeks ago) I got sick within 4-5 hours after eating it(I'm pretty sure it was food poisoning cause I was fine like 30 hours later). So cause of that I'll never eat Jimmy johns again cause it don't appeal to me anymore and I missed a day of work.

I’m very disappointed the fact that sub looks like this there’s no meat asked for extra mayo couldn’t even get that this the most disappointing sandwich ever and the fact that you guys are more expensive than subway and you get less than you would at subway at least at subway they can actually follow instructions and they load your subs up

I have no idea why I bother trying to get delivery from here. 2 out the last 3 otders I've placed I've eventually given up and cancelled the orders after an hour and a half of waiting. Both times the order was "Being delivered" for over an hour.

Food's fine, just go into the store to get it.

Overall, we've had good experiences here—but only when they get the order right. I'm not that bothered with the order being wrong if they fix it—EXCEPT the management apparently insists that the driver ask for the sandwiches back when they bring the new ones. It left us with a strange feeling as if we did something wrong—like they didn't trust us and thought we just wanted a free sandwich? I understand if a customer claims their order is wrong repeatedly—but this is really not a good experience when your order is actually wrong. (If they want the team to learn from mistakes, I don't think they have to see the sandwich to understand.)

This time we had COVID when we got a wrong order—and we made the order specifically for delivery so we didn't have to get anyone else sick. For *any* sandwiches that are going back into the store like that—I think it's not a great idea for sanitary reason...It is also just awkward for everyone—this approach should be thought out again. I really want to keep ordering from here

Last three times I’ve gone in my sandwich has been wrong. I pay to upgrade my sandwich and don’t get the upgrade on my sandwich. The staff never greets you when you come in and you get the feeling they hate their jobs. Terrible experience here.

Called up and placed order for delivery. Ordered it at 6:06 not a peak time. It's now been over a half hour and still no sandwich. I live literally less than a mile from them. No one called to update me and I just had to call them to find out where my sandwich is!
