I stopped in about 1:30 The sign said two fish fillet for $6 they told me no they asked to manager manager said no way so why don't they take the sign down Good reason not to go back
It’s McDonald’s….
I ordered 3 cheeseburgers and a mcchicken last night it was so bad. Bad enough to make me never want to eat here again. Even my son who loves McDonald's said he doesn't want to eat again. I'm not sure how it was so bad I mean disgusting but you should embarrassed of serving food like that and wasting customers money. I think a health inspector or someone needs to come and investigate this McDonald's after this experience
I ordered online using my mobile app, and selected the option to carry out #7 which was on my receipt. I waited almost 15 minutes for my food to be brought out to my car only to have to go inside and be told that I didn't confirm that I was there however the order doesn't place if you are not at the location. So I sat for 15 minutes waiting and watching cars go through the drive-thru and got told that I didn't confirm I was there so they didn't bring my food out to me. Never have I had that issue prior with ordering food through the mobile app. My food was cold by the time I got to eating it because they let it sit up by the counter waiting for me
I went through the drive through this morning and I got a shock to my system!!!! I couldn’t believe what I heard from the employees!!! They said that the regular ( mrs. McDonald ) At the cash window has retired and moved away !!!!! I’m so so sad !!!!! She was so nice and great at her job. At the #4231 store. Most of the time I went there to say hi and got a tea. I know she was from Illinois but I was told she moved to Tennessee… oh so sad !!! They should’ve put a notice in the paper so we could all come by and say goodbye ….
Got door.dash from here a handful of times Never again. They struggle reading or somthing. I never get what I ordered. Either completely diffrent sandwiches. Or short door
we ordered quarter pounder and hamburger 2 fries and a shamrock.pull ahead sat for 15 minutes. got a shamrock pure liquid.fries were cold and soggy the box for the quarter pounder was falling apart due to grease.why did we need to wait 15 for a terrible lunch.very dissatisfied.
They use seed oils.
The price vs quality of this food is out of control. McDonald's financials are public so we can all see that it's due to stock buybacks and excessive executive pay.
I'm not agreeing to binding arbitration so I can order a burger through an app.
Took 20 minutes after we ordered to get our food. My friend ordered first and it took near half an hour for our food. It was not busy

Great coffee but I won't eat the food, I heard whoever they buy their meat from puts graphine oxide from the covid hoax shot in there and ground up babies from China, just what I heard I dont know for a fact so I just don't eat the food...this is only my opinion.. and its the entire McDonald's corporation not just monroes...
Ordered on the app and waited for 20 minutes at curbside watching numerous cars come and leave while we waited. When the food was finally brought out our food it was not only cold but wrong. My wife has a dairy allergy and got the double hamburger it came out with 2 pieces of cheese in it. My double quarter that is supposed to be made fresh when ordered wasn't even warm. Went inside to correct the situation and was accused of lying about how long we waited which obviously upset me further. When we finally got our corrected order my quarter pounder was raw as shown in the picture.
I managed at McDonald's for over 15 years including the one that used to stand where this one currently stands. We would have been fired by the previous owner Don Palmer for providing consistently wrong orders and bad service. This is a common occurrence at all of the franchises of the current owner. They obviously care nothing about their customers or they would fix these issues.

Refuses to carry hot mustard for the nuggets. All the restaurants owned by this chain do not have it.
