Excellent ambiance, food, and service by our waitress Jenah, with another employee, Britney stopping to say hi and another, Sam, got ahold of me personally later to thank us for stopping in . Great prices and portions of food for the price. A must visit in Monroe!

Ordered a catering service and the grease got absolutely everywhere. They packaged it terribly, tried blaming it on us, said they would reimburse us because it ruined people’s clothes, and now the manager won’t respond to us. The mediocre food is not worth the horrible customer service.

Food was great for our rehearsal dinner in Monroe, but when we picked up brisket, pork, and other items from Minhas that night, brisket juice and grease poured out of the bottom of the containers and all over my and my friend's clothes. Minhas packed those items poorly and they know it. That destroyed my Ted Baker London jacket and Vuori pants. The rest of the wedding rehearsal dinner at Ludlow, I was soaked in grease and other liquids. At the time, they said get it cleaned and let us know the cost. They were very kind. I got it dry, cleaned, and they got everything out of the pants, but the jacket is still stained. I called Minhas and spoke With a woman who was one of the managers. She said that she would have The other manager called me to address this. He blew it off and never responded. And now I'm stuck with my favorite jacket destroyed. I'm sorry, but that's awful service. I'm not eating that cost, and I will review them from now until eternity. Or until i'm compensated for my jacket which was close to $200. This is not fair. You don't do this to your customers.

I usually love Minhas, to preface this. We came in today and it looks like they had only one server, and about half of the restaurant was full. I would love to be able to write about the food, but we ended up deciding to leave after half an hour of not being served. Seriously. She came and gave us menus maybe about halfway through that half hour, never asked if we wanted anything to drink, and never looked at us again. Served other tables, stood at the stand, never really came to handle us. I couldn't even tell you her name because she didn't greet us!
I've loved the food when I've been able to have it. The service today was just so majorly disappointing I had to write about it. Either get more servers, or train them to even greet their patrons.

The brisket Sammie is the best brisket I've ever eaten! The gentleman who roasts it on his smoker, knows what he's doing! Fall apart tender! I like the sides: beans, Mac and cheese, coleslaw. Great staff. Huge portion! Hubby and I shared the sandwich and there's plenty of meat. The tender potato bun is delicious, but small. I don't care, it's still delicious. Just use a fork...or your fingers 😋 Noon on a Friday.

I really don't understand why it takes over an hour to get food, it's very annoying and I think it's very disrespectful. You can only enjoy the atmosphere so long while waiting for your food. Other times i've been here to eat only to be turned away because all the tables were full. Well, no wonder when you have to sit for an hour and a half before you are done. The soup was not hot, food was decent but overpriced. Not a very good overall experience. I'd say service was the worst, not very kind and not very fast.
It was a slow night, but Taylor, our server was amazing! Took time to wish my wife a Happy Birthday. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection.

Food was ok,. Broiled fish was good, Trill burger was good. Friday fish fry was ok, way overcooked. Service was below average. Our waiter couldn't remember who ordered what, never cleared plates, they just kept piling up on our small table. All this while the place was essentially empty, us and one other couple in the place i also thought dinner was overpriced, by about $5 per meal.

I’am 75 years old and I have never had such a terrible experience. Food was burnt , food came to the table for one well before others, and one meal never did arrive. Avoid this restaurant!!!

we just had lunch here today. my husband had the Huber burger and I had grilled chicken sandwich. everything was delicious and our waitress was very friendly. highly recommend

Yesterday we ordered 2 smokehouse platters a shack sampler and a Sammie. The brisket was so salty it was inedible. The wings were burnt black and so hard you couldn't eat them. Ordered to mock cocktails they both came with alcohol. Bill was over &100. Worse meal ever the manager took $18.00 off our bill. Worse food served ever
