I called them to ask if I could switch delivery and pay with a card and they did it quickly with no questions asked. Instead of acting annoyed, they were more then happy to help. This is one of the best Pizza Huts I've ever got delivery from and I've been all over the Midwest. Correct order delivered and plenty of toppings. Also they notice I'm at a hotel and include paper plates, napkins, and some cheese and pepper flake packets.

Older women at driveup to pickup my carryout was super kind, very smiley, helpful and read my order back to confirm. Pizza was cooked well. Had super good service. Even person on phone taking an order acknowledged me. I would recommend this Monroe Pizza Hut.

The third time in a row our order has been wrong. They offered to remake the food but my food would have to be in the line of orders and not expidted. They were going to give me a refund, but the manager was too busy. This store is not the same in service as it once was.
