I dont know who is teaching the current staff how to make their bread or if they are just keeping it too long, but in the last 6 months, I have had nothing but bricks for bread. If I wanted bread I could knock someone out with I'd go to Jimmy Johns. So disappointing now that we only have one Subway again. Waste of money.

This subway took my money on line and failed to deliver my dinner. HOW can a subway steal and not be held accountable for this type of action. SUBWAY website is terrible. I would not recommend using SUBWAYS website. The Monroe Subway team has no customer ? service with valued customers.

Great food,but when you order online,the subs never have much stuff on them at all. Best to go in and watch them being made in front of you. Also last time I was in there they have there pickup online orders sitting underneath the cool air vent in the ceiling,so your sandwich is cold by the time u pick it up 20 mins.

Ordered one of the specials online and had a coupon. Online says to put coupon on after your order. No where to do it, so ended up paying 20 dollars more than I should have and the store won't do anything about it. Guess I won't go there again.
