I usually go to baumgartners down the street but it was crowded and a friend recommended this place . It had been awhile since I was here last . Good choice . Their cheese sandwiches are much better with much more cheese than my usual place . And the prices were very similar and they are much more friendly than baumgartners. This is now my go to place for cheese sandwiches

“Suisse Haus” because nothing says Switzerland like overcooked meat and no seasonings 🤷🏼♀️ Rude service, paid way too much for delivery that was 1.2 miles away. Even tipped 25%! Food was not as good as it could be. Very petty workers, they were way too mad over missing items WE PAID FOR. Unless the math ain’t mathing???

Really nice waitress and environment. My friend took us out, we got philly cheese steak hoagies.
Really good sandwich. The bread was soft, the meat was moist, and the toppings were excellent. I wasn't to sure about the red sauce at first, but it went together really well. 5/5

We (my sister and I) stopped here on 9/9/25 and had one of the best meals imaginable! The burger & fries were excellent and the turkey wrap was awesome and huge! On top of that, our waitress was one of the nicest, outgoing people we had ever met. She really went above and beyond. I'd recommend the Suisse Haus to anyone and everyone I know!

Burgers are ok. Service is OK. Overpriced. This place operates like a failing business. It seems like someone is counting the fries and onion rings like you are getting charged for each one. Everything costs extra. They dont give an itemized bill because they charge way to much for everything. I felt that they may have a meter on the ketchup bottle 🤣. Better food and service at Culvers. Maybe you need to be drunk to enjoy the yesterdays fries they serve. I'm not cheap but I don't enjoy paying exorbitant prices for just standard fare.

Stunningly stupid cooking. Chili that was so overcooked it was tomato bean mush. The large salad for $6 was a 1/3 of an iceberg lettuce chopped up. Nothing else. Yuck.

I am from out of town and staying in the area. I came here on a Monday evening round 7:00 p.m. and got seated within a few minutes. My drink was brought out within a couple minutes and then my food was brought out in another 7 or 8 minutes. The waitress was extremely friendly, attentive, and responsive. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and cheese curds and they were both very good.
