What a joke! Ordered several hundred dollars worth for Christmas gifts, and here it is 8 Jan and some still haven't arrived. I've been emailed 6 times and have called customer service 4 times. They continue to lie and blame it on transit. Today again they told me it's out for delivery and it's arriving today. It never showed up. They get your money and hope you won't do anything about it. Poor customer service! Buy from someone else, don't take the risk.
This is the 3rd year in a row that I have been sent this stuff as a Christmas gift. It’s gross, has dyes in it, artificial flavors, etc. Not good for you by any means. I wish I could be put on a “Do Not Send To” list.
The Swiss Colony has been maddening and frustrating to deal with for several years now! Orders -shipped by fedex- often never arrive or they go to someone else's address and attempts to have Swiss Colony fix the problems go unanswered and so you have to dispute the charges with your credit card. And they do not make up for your bad experiences in any way like with a courtesy shipment, coupon, or discount. They have been steadily getting worse the last few years and so I will no longer do business with them and I urge others to save yourself the aggravation and unhappiness and do the same!

My credit was pre-approved then it wasn't! I get the catalogs saying my credit is pre-approved in a certain amount. It's a low beginner credit amount. So I place an order for less than the credit amount; now they need access to my credit report. And aren't able to process the order! In my opinion, posting your business on people credit report is kinda old school. Plus, I thought normally if it's pre-approved the company have already done the steps to assess if they want to do business on-credit. I am getting about 4 of their catalogs.
